3 Bedroom Double Storey Home backing onto Dollamite Nature Reserve
Urunga (Indigenous for 'Long Beach') is approximately 35 minutes drive to the city of SALE. Sale is a small metropolis with shops, cinemas, entertainment centre, museums, Lake Guthridge and more.
Urunga is a centrally located home. It backs onto the Dollamite Reserve, an old quarry turned into a nature reserve full of flora and fauna. The house is only a street away from Lake Victoria and a short drive (or stroll) across the causway to the 90 Mile Beach.
It has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Located up-stairs with a queen size bed, built in robes, and a view over the Dollamite nature reserve.
Bedroom 2: Located on the ground floor has a queen size bed, and free standing wardrobe rack.
Bedroom 3: Located on ground floor, has 2 sets of bunk beds and built in robes.
There is a lounge room with a 3 seater couch and 2 bucket chairs. A blue ray player, flat screen TV, amplifier and surround sound add that extra touch of home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an Electric oven, New Bosch dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator and miscellaneous cooking appliances. Utensils, glasses and dishes are supplied. There is a pine early settlers table, that seats 6 comfortably.
There is a central bathroom/laundry with large corner shower, toilet and a washing machine.
The deck outside runs the length of the house, with a dedicated outdoor seating area. There is a BBQ and outdoor setting for those afternoon cook ups.
Loch Sport is situated amongst the beautiful Gippsland Lakes; Lake Wellington, Lake Victoria and Lake Reeve.
You can be sunbaking on the 90 mile beach within 5 minutes.
Lake Victoria provides the perfect spot for the younger children to paddle on the lakes edge, whilst the older children and teenagers paddle kayaks, ride the jet ski or knee board behind the boat.
Adults can choose to picnic on one of the golden beaches or lakes edge, or sail to Paynesville or Lakes Entrance.
For the keen fisherman, the 90 mile beach provides excellent surf fishing along with Lake Victoria where you can fish off the edge or one of the jetties.
There is direct access to the lake and ocean via the lake for the boats.
Loch Sport is extremely beautiful and contains many different walking tracks amongst the National and Coastal Parklands. It is also a great place to ride your bike around.
For the keen photographer, take pictures of the beautiful fauna such as kangaroos, swamp wallabys, hog deer, hairy nose wombat, echidna and birds. The evening sunset over Lake Victoria is also magical.

The house sleeps 8, Ideally 2 couples and 4 children with the bedroom set up.
