Tranquility Place is pet friendly. Responsibilities and the number of pets are to be discussed with the Agent when booking your stay. It is the tenant’s responsibility to clean up after your pet, including vacuuming dog hair and removing dog excrement. Dogs are not permitted on any of the furniture or in the bedrooms on the beds.
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
You do not need to do a full clean of the property upon departure, however we do require the homes to be left clean and tidy on departure in a similar state as to how you found the property upon your arrival. If the property is not left in a reasonable standard an additional charge for cleaning will be deducted from your bond. We do organise for the property to be cleaned after your departure to ensure that the next guest has a hygienic comfortable stay and complies with our standards.
