The cottage accommodates 8 people, has a fantastic view and huge veranda overlooking the lake. It is easy walking distance to everything in town 3 mins and a short drive to the surf beach 7 mins.
It offers reverse cycle air conditioning in the open plan kitchen/ dining area, and a fireplace in the lounge. Open the doors and windows for a cool ocean breeze. It has one bathroom, generous boat parking at the jetty below, beside the house. Our fencing will keep most dogs in- if you shut the gate.
Where can I park my boat/craft?: All units and cottages have separate space for a craft at our jetty and there is generous off-street parking in the paddock beside the units as well.
Overlooking lake 200 metres away, huge verandah, large kitchen, jetty space below, one block from bakery, wharf and hotel.
What about access?: We have ramp access and safety bars to assist guests with mobility issues throughout.
What Beds are there?: Accommodates six with two extra on lounge bed at no extra cost. Maximum 8 guests.

Air conditioning?: The cottage has air conditioning in the spacious lounge and kitchen.
What heating is there?: A wood fireplace and 3 reverse cycle air conditioning units in the kitchen/ dining, master bedroom and second bedroom.
What cooking facilities are there?: Full size electric stove, microwave, bbq. full size refrigerator, appliances etc..
What about bathroom facilities?: One bathroom, separate toilet.
How secure is the yard?: The cottage is fully fenced with a good front and back yard, and lots of boat parking.
We love domestic animals. So pets are welcome. Save on boarding kennel fees and make your pet happy by bringing them with you The cottage has a fenced yard. Pets are welcome inside. Damage needs to be paid for and please pick up after your dog
Remember to bring your dogs bowl and blanket, so they feel at home. And after your holiday, email us a picture of your pet having fun.
