'Highview' B&B provides first class accommodation in a self-contained ground floor apartment with its own entrance. A comfortable queen bedroom sits adjacent to a private bathroom with large shower, vanity and bath. Separate toilet.
The living/ dining area opens onto a rear deck which overlooks the gardens and provides access to Lake Victoria along the Sunset Cove walking track. It is elegantly furnished for your comfort and is a delightful place to have breakfast each morning. A Kitchen is conveniently situated next to the dining area and will meet all your needs for your stay.
Additional guests may be accommodated in the Twin room, sharing the bathroom and living areas. An additional rate per extra adult applies.
The entire property is situated on almost an acre of parkland, ensuring space and privacy. Car-parking is provided at the front of the property, including enough room for the boat.
The walking track at the 'bottom of the garden' leads to Sunset Cove beach, launching ramp, jetties, favourite fishing spots as well as Paynesville CBD.
'Highview' is close to all amenities being a 10-15 minutes walk to the CBD with its many cafes, boutiques, medical services, supermarket , post office, library and hotel.
Paynesville is the gateway to the Gippsland Lakes and the Wilderness area.
An extensive Continental breakfast is provided each morning - Fruit juice,fruit, yoghurt, cereals including muesli and porridge, variety of breads including croissants, variety of condiments, tea/coffee/hot chocolate- a great start to the day!

Raymond Island Ferry leaves from the Paynesville CBD three times each hour and is free to pedestrians and cyclists wanting to visit this amazing natural environment with its koalas and kangaroos. There are many cycling and walking tracks on the island as well as jetties from which to fish for bream, flathead, mullet and sand whiting.
Bairnsdale, the closest regional centre is only 12 minutes drive from Paynesville and offers more extensive facilities and amenities including the Regional Hospital and a variety of larger retailers.
Within 30 minutes drive are Lakes Entrance, Bruthen, Lindenow all with their individual identities and attractions. Take a cruise to the Wyanga winery, taste the wines and enjoy a delicious lunch or drive to Nicholson Winery or Johnsonville Orchards. Then there is always the Bullant Brewery( Bruthen) for a beer tasting .
Travel a little further and you reach Buchan with its world renown caves and Omeo- Gateway to the snowfields and Mount Hotham.
