Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just gorgeous! Myself and my brother/sister had a long awaited sibling getaway at Ambleside just recently. The place is just stunning! It gives you a sense of a very comfortable life in the old days as it was built around 100 yrs ago, but now has very stylish furnishings and artwork along with beautiful fabrics in the bedrooms. The gardens are amazing - very tranquil and the kookaburras just loved coming down to be fed each morning and evening. I would definitely recommend this as a 'to do' getaway - Vincents contact was prompt, his house/care instructions very clear and finding the property was seamless and he made us feel very welcome (we actually arrived a tad early and met him watering the garden!) Very memorable stay! Will be back for sure!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply Beautiful My husband & I recently stayed at Ambleside for my birthday. The property is absolutely beautiful. The house was a gorgious step back in time and we loved walking around the garden. Sitting outside on the deck in the evening was peaceful and having the King Parrots come down to visit was a joy. We thoroughly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from their busy life and just want to unwind.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from peaceful and relaxing With young children and a dog Ambleside was the perfect home for our weekend getaway. The house was clean and tidy with a everything we could have possibly needed. Super comfy beds were also fantastic. The kids loved exploring the garden and playing on the cubby house and swings. We loved the local walks through the bushland and even made a couple of trips to the local tennis court for a hit of tennis and some basketball. Thank-you Vincent for ensuring we had a perfect weekend away.
