We are a 10 minute drive out of Daylesford and 5 minutes from historical Trentham. Our unique retreat accommodation allows guests to deepen their retreat experience by immersing themselves in the available yoga classes (private or public).
There are 2 rooms available. Rates are per room.
Guests are able to pick the available produce from the kitchen medicine garden to use in their cooking, or when the kitchen medicine café is open, dine in for a donation.
Guests will have access to their own private room with own bathroom and toilet. A community kitchen is provided that is shared with yoga students and other residents. Their is also a shared laundry.
An extensive library stocked with an array of health and healing books, with a wood fire heater and lounge.
We are surrounded by the Wombat Sate Forest with the Domino Trail forming part of the Great Dividing Trail with extensive walking and cycling tracks, leading guests to explore the trails linking Trentham to Lyonville and other small towns, showcasing local artists and their studios.
We are a small picturesque hamlet within the Dayelsford region, and a short stroll (less than 1km), gives guests access to the renowned Radio Springs Hotel with an extensive assortment of local craft beers, wines and great food, as well as the best music to be found at the Centre of The Universe.
Guests can travel to Daylesford and Trentham to further explore dining experiences, or pick our produce from the kitchen medicine garden to cook up a treat for themselves (depending on the season).
Guests can also access for a fee our yoga classes, yoga workshops and food as medicine workshops and remedial spa therapies.
We are a family run retreat run by Fabio & Frances, with guests residing in the guesthouse, and the main residence being a separate dwelling, giving guests all the room they need to deepen their retreat or interact with the yoga community.
We are surrounded by the famous Wombat State Forrest and its famous trails and wildlife. Visit local art studios and local mineral springs which are abundant throughout the region, or dine in at the Radio Springs Hotel with its range of craft beers and happy locals and great music.
V-Line bus terminal less than 1km away which has bus service into Daylesford and Ballarat.
Onsite library of health and healing books, and through out certain times of the year it is home to students studying yoga and undergoing teacher training.
