A lovely two bedroom cottage at the end of a winding driveway set on five acres of gently sloping land on the outskirts of Malmsbury. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated. A very well appointed kitchen with a 90 cm gas cook-top and oven, an island bench, ample bench space and a double porcelain English sink. The water supply for the cottage is via a large water tank.

The cottage consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen size Baltic pine bed and one with a double antique brass and cast iron bed. Linen is not provided.
The kitchen, dining and lounge areas are open plan with a cast iron wood fired heater. The dining area has a table that seats eight comfortably and the lounge is furnished with a very comfortable leather chesterfield sofa and with two comfy arm chairs. There is a wall mounted 42" LCD TV , a DVD player and a stereo/radio with a docking station. The large bathroom has a full sized bath with shower over, a basin and a WC. The adjoining laundry has a washing machine and ironing facilities.
The cottage is set within a treed garden and has front and back decks, with cane armchairs. The garden has a wrought iron table and chairs for alfresco eating. A large part of the garden is fenced in - you are welcome to bring your dog - there is a medium size dog kennel available for your use.
Malmsbury has many attractions for the visitor including the famous Malmsbury Bakery, Malmsbury Botanic Gardens, Antique shops, galleries, hotel and restaurants. There are many local wineries just a short drive away.
For the fishermen, Malmsbury Reservoir is only a short distance away and Lauriston Reservoir is a short drive along the picturesque back roads. For the walkers there are many lovely walks.
Malmsbury has its own Railway Station with a regular service.
