Gorgeous three bedroom house a short distance from the heart of Trentham.
House is as new with all the modern amenities, double glazing, slow combustion wood heater for those cooler nights, outside decking area with BBQ, large back yard for kicking the footy.
The kitchen has european appliances and quality crockery and cutlery with good pots, pans and sharp knives. Tea, coffee and real coffee beans for the coffee machine are provided plus some other goodies ( eggs when the chooks are laying!)
The main bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite attached. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third a king single bed.
The main bathroom has a shower and bathtub.
Laundry facilities are available with a washing machine, iron and ironing board (and soon a dryer.)
All linen is provided with quality sheets and towels, Natural liquid soaps from dindi naturals are provided.
Large screen TV with DVD player and sound bar are in the lounge.
Trentham, located between Spa Country and the Macedon Ranges is within easy drive of all experiences this renowned region has to offer.
For the serious walkers there is an extensive network of walking trails throughout the Wombat State Forest. Discover the beauty of the Trentham Falls the longest single waterfall drop and the Lerderderg State Park
Trentham is at the Gateway of the Wombat State Forest with thousands of hectares to explore by walking or bring your bike and go for a ride on the domino trail to Lyonville.
Make sure you drop into the Radio Springs Hotel in Lyonville, say hi to Ken and see why it’s called “The centre of the Universe”. A very unique pub with great hospitality and food.
Browse the local farmers markets which are held every weekend in the area. If you’re lucky your weekend may coincide with the Trentham Farmers' Market which is held on the 3rd Saturday of each month in the town square which is only a 5 minute walk from the cottage. Cook up a fresh feast with local produce and enjoy al fresco lunch or cosy up in front of the fire with a good red for a leisurely evening at home.
Enjoy the fantastic local restaurants, pubs and cafes or eat at home. The cottage is a short walk from the historic Cosmopolitan Hotel with fabulous gardens, Annie Smithers' legendary restaurant "Du Fermier", the famous Red Beard Bakery, The Plough Inn, The Coliban Food Store, Chaplins and The Trentham Collective Cafe.
