A double sofa bed in the second living room provides for an extra person or 2. The house has 2 lounge areas, each with its own wood heater, split system air conditioners/heaters and flat screen TVs with DVD players. An HDMI cable supplied allows you to view your own movies. A range of books and magazines are provided for your use, including a book exchange. The hifi system has CD and tape inputs as well as an auxiliary input to enable you to listen to your own music.
Situated on two thirds of an acre of gardens, there is lots of space and a BBQ in a rotunda. Its a 5 min walk to supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Peppermint Blue makes for a relaxing fun filled getaway.

Trentham is a foodie lovers haven with great cafes, restaurants and markets. Explore the regular markets selling local produce, antiques, crafts, homewares and clothes. Local farms allow pick your own experiences and sell delicious fresh farm produce such as organic free range eggs, potatoes and vegetables. Enjoy the pretty bush of the Wombat State Forest where birdlife abounds or take a picnic at the nearby Trentham falls. Play on the fabulous Trentham country golf course only 2 mins drive away. Take a longer drive around the district to pamper yourself at Hepburn Springs spa complex or indulge in fine dining at Daylesford and Lyonville or hand-made chocolates on the road to Guildford. For train lovers there is a great historic train ride form Daylesford to Bullarto and superb historic cool climate gardens in nearby in Macedon, Blackwood and Daylesford to discover.
