Woodend Old School House is an 1876 circa triple brick building situated at the end of the Avenue of Honour in the beautiful township of Woodend at the heart of the Macedon Ranges.
The property offers an old world feeling in a school classroom of a bygone era, with high ceilings, period furnishings and an open wood fire, which creates a feeling of total relaxation and serenity. The chiming of the clocks will mark the gentle passing of time as you lounge by the crackling log fire or simply snooze away the hours.
It has a small kitchenette, magnificent dining room, sitting room, private bathroom and queen bedroom with television and DVD player.
Guests have free access to the extensive cottage style garden, with its many private nooks overlooking the ponds. This glorious setting is home to a myriad of birdlife and an ever present call of frogs. The well appointed accommodation, nestled within these stunning surrounds, combine to create the perfect setting for your next romantic getaway.
