Clarendon House is an impressive, modern and fully furnished, pet friendly home located behind a Victorian facade, boasting 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The home is located in the highly desirable area of Armadale (which borders Prahran), and is within a minute's walk of some of Melbourne's best restaurants, coffee shops, high-end shopping, galleries and Melbourne's prime antiques quarter. Excellent public transport is also within a couple of minutes' walk.
The impressive arched hallway leads past two gorgeous bedrooms both boasting comfortable King (or split) beds, ornamental fireplaces, built in robes and plantation shutters. The designer bathroom is located conveniently next to the bedrooms and has a modern shower and single vanity.
The home has been furnished with your comfort in mind. The cleverly designed fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features stone benches and European appliances including a dishwasher. The open plan living and dining area has high ceilings, comfortable seating for 4 (dining for 6), a large flat-screen TV and DVD player. Bi-fold doors seamlessly extend the living space out to a picturesque landscaped north-facing and leafy courtyard garden which you can enjoy while cooking up a storm on the BBQ.
