Entry way opens into a large lounge area (with piano!!) and separate dining room, which also opens onto outside deck area. Master bedroom with lush ensuite nestled at the front of the house with views to front garden. At the back of the house, the kitchen and living area boast bi-fold doors for the best in summer entertaining. Beyond the bi fold doors you will find a large deck area, bbq and trampoline for the kids!! The laundry and a separate powder room finish off the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms (1 x queen and 1 x king single) and a second bathroom with bath & shower. Single bedroom has balcony and large built in robes. Queen bedroom also offers large built in robes.

You will have access to all facilities in the house including off street parking (for one car, please note NO garage access), garden for children, patio area for relaxing. The house is for accommodation only and not available for parties or other events.
