Brighton Seascape is a quaint yet spacious townhouse which maintains its character feel with a modern makeover in the areas that really matter. The location is second to none; as you make your way down the landscaped drive way you will be charmed by the sight of the crystal blue sea, and will find that this delightful dwelling is only 4 units back from the Esplanade, and located behind its own gated entrance. It is ideally located only a short stroll from New St. and Church St. This place has it all

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms means upstairs is for rest and relaxation, while downstairs offers polished floorboards, high ceilings, a spacious living area with an ornamental fire place, a separate dining area and good sized wrap around courtyard for entertaining

The open plan kitchen / dining area was remodeled in late 2015 so offers a modern and fully equipped area with ample room for creating some magic to make your stay all the more special. Step out to the courtyard where you will find a BBQ so you can enjoy those sunny moments with friends and family after a day at the beach. There is also a separate laundry out back to keep the inside for rest and recreation only

Upstairs the master bedroom has bay glimpses over the neighbouring rooftops, with a large wardrobe and contemporary ensuite bathroom with a good sized shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and lots of cupboard space while the cosy 3rd bedroom has a double bed and a desk. The main bathroom also offers contemporary fit out complete with a shower and Japanese soaking tub which is a small, deep bath that has become the new “rave” among bath fixtures

The Brighton township is bursting with some of the best cafes and eateries Melbourne has to offer.

Being only a 15 minute walk from the train station means you will always have all of Melbourne right at your feet with the city only a 25 minute journey away.

Brighton Seascape is great for everyone; a family looking for a getaway, corporate or couples looking to beat the hustle of the city yet still within proximity. Also perfect for those looking to relocate to one of the many great schools on offer in the area
