Description

A modern three bedroom townhouse located centrally in Brighton, with underground parking for three cars in a private garage. The garage is accessed from the townhouse via a secure door. Pedestrian entrance is through a secure gate, with visitors only allowed after a video call from outside the front gate.

Accommodation comprises three upstairs bedrooms. The master suite is very spacious with a queen sized bed, walk in robes, en-suite bathroom and private balcony. A large bathroom with toilet and spa bath services the other two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom contains a double sofa bed. All bedrooms are spacious and have ample storage. Also upstairs is a retreat, complete with desk, internet access and telephone.

Downstairs is a modern kitchen equipped with quality appliances, which flows into the informal living area, with TV, and comfortable seating. A second spacious living area includes a dining room with a large dining table that can comfortably accomodate 10 guests and another lounge area with seating grouped around a gas fired open fire-place. There is a guest bathroom on the ground floor, together with a separate laundry with washer and dryer. At the rear is a large north facing courtyard with dining setting and BBQ. This area is bathed in sunshine all day, ideal for outdoor entertainment and living.

The house is flooded with natural light through large windows and a skylight upstairs.

The location is second to none. Brighton beach is one block away and the iconic Brighton Bathing boxes only a moments walk along the beach. Church street shopping strip and the Dendy Cinema are two minutes walk, and Middle Brighton train station is seven minutes walk. Church Street contains many restaurants, bistros and coffee shops, making choice of dining out a real pleasure. Melbourne CBD and the Melbourne Sporting and Entertainment Precinct are a short train ride from Middle Brighton station.

The location in the heart of Brighton, withing walking distance of cafes, shops, supermarkets and parks. House is clean with very comfy furniture. Highly recommended to anyone! Great value for money.

Close to the shops and restaurants of Church Street and also a short walk to the iconic Brighton Beach bather boxes. The townhouse is spacious with modern fittings, comfortable beds and lots of space for a family of 4.
