Parliament Place is a delightful single level 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, pet friendly character home, with loads of space Located just off Bay Street in North Brighton, this property is in a great location, with a café at the end of the street and the local Bay Street shops and train station a short stroll away.
The property offers two large open plan living areas, unique quirky character including the use of wonderful internal red brick, high ceilings throughout and a good sized grassed garden to let your children and/or pet explore.
The wooden floor boards in the entry lead you through to the master bedroom on the left and the first of the 2 living areas on the right. This beautiful room, with high ceilings, offers comfortable seating for 6, a large TV, DVD and separate area furnished with a desk and chair. The Foxtel Platinum package is included for your viewing pleasure. The rooms leads through to the second living area, where you will find an open plan kitchen/dining area with freshly painted walls, quirky 70’s floor tiles, air conditioning, modern dining seating for 6, a second TV and bar stools.
The home is located on a good sized site which has a small garden and grassed area at the front as well as a larger area at the back also grassed. There is off street parking in the driveway for up to 2-3 cars.
Please note the driveway is common ground and is shared by the neighbours for pedestrian access only. They do not have vehicle access.
