"Baytime Apartment" is a modern one bedroom apartment on ground level with a fully self contained kitchen, queen bed, ensuite, lounge, off street parking, sundeck and private garden. It is attached to the owners private residence and has its own entrance.
Relax with a 42 inch plasma TV, a DVD player, ducted heating, air conditioning and quality furnishings/linen.

The apartment is situated on the corner of Newbay Crescent and Bay Street Brighton. It is a short walk (800m) to the foreshore walking and bicycle path along a residential street (the apartment does not have a water view). A longer walk will take you to the Royal Brighton Yacht Club and the Middle Brighton Baths.
Walk about 1km up Bay St to reach the North Brighton Railway Station where there are some wonderful restaurants, cafes and a cinema. Alternatively, walk along New Street to the fabulous Church Street shops, restaurants, boutique shops, cafes and cinema.
The nearest bus stop is the New Street bus stop (corner New St and Bay St, Brighton). The bus stop is 50m from the apartment & very handy as buses go to & from Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine), the City and various major tourist attractions:
The 'Frankston & Peninsula Airport Shuttle' bus will take you & your luggage to & from Tullamarine Airport (book online).
The city bus passes the Shrine, Melbourne Botanic Gardens and National Gallery of Victoria.
A bus also goes to St Kilda Beach, which links into light rail transport to the city via Albert Park Lake.
The nearest train station is North Brighton (Bay Street). The station is approx 1km from the apartment. Trains run frequently to & from the city (along the Sandringham line). The SkyBus shuttle service runs express between Melbourne Airport & Melbourne's city centre (Southern Cross Railway Station), 24hrs a day, seven days a week.
