The main bedroom includes a near new comfortable queen size bed. The built in wardrobe with coat hangers is available for guests to use. An oil heater can be found by the bed for those cooler Melbourne evenings.
The bathroom features a large, enclosed shower. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser and toothpaste are provided for your comfort. A combined washing machine/clothes dryer is available for those longer stays.
For guests who enjoy cooking, the fully equipped, practical, modern kitchen will meet all your needs. Fitted with stone bench top and stainless steel appliances including fridge, gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, Italian coffee maker and much more. Tea, coffee, milk and other basics are provided.
The apartment can accommodate up to four people. The three seat sofa bed in the living area encloses a comfortable queen size mattress, ideal for those travelling with others on a budget, or with children that don't mind sharing a bed (If the booking is made for more than two guests, additional bedding will be provided to allow use of the sofa bed. Guests will need to make this bed themselves, instructions provided)
The living space includes a retro dining table, comfortable 3 seat leather sofa, designer armchair, coffee tables, and reverse cycle air conditioning. For your entertainment, a 34" LCD television with Google Chromecast and Stereo with Bluetooth/Aux cable inputs are provided. Free wireless and wired high speed internet is included.
A bicycle is available for use at no charge (additional security deposit required at check in).

Interaction with Guests:
A friend of mine will meet you to handover the keys and give you a tour of the apartment, etc. They will also meet you on check out to pick up the keys and check the apartment before you depart. Apart from this we respect your privacy and would like you to enjoy your stay in Brunswick. A phone number will be provided if you need any information or if an urgent issue with the apartment arises.
Enjoy a glass of wine or locally brewed beer while watching the sun set before heading out to dinner at one of Sydney Road's many excellent restaurants, all literally at your front door.
A Supa IGA supermarket with an excellent range of foods and liquor is conveniently located directly across the road from the building and is open until 21:00 daily. Fresh food markets and butchers are only a few doors down.

Well served by public transport - easy to get to by tram and train. Tram stops are located outside the main entrance to the building. It is a 300 metre/2 minute walk to Anstey Train station which is on the Upfield line. The apartment is approximately 20 minutes by car to Melbourne's Tullamarine airport.

PLEASE NOTE: A new apartment building is being constructed nearby and there is currently some building noise during the day. For this reason the price has been discounted.
