On one side of the kitchen there is a dining/living room with large six-seater table and a comfortable couch which can be converted to a double bed on request. The dining room opens out onto a pretty, secluded backyard with an outdoor setting and BBQ.

There is also a powder room downstairs for convenience and a fully equipped laundry.
Guests have access to the entire house. There is street parking available, a permit is supplied.
