Our apartment is spacious, bright and airy, filled with unique art and comfortable, high-quality furniture. Smartly zoned living/dining room flowing to a wide balcony. Sleeping configurations include bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with king that can be converted into two single beds and double sofa-bed with innerspring mattress located in living room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, rice cooker, Smeg oven and Delonghi appliances including coffee pod machine with automatic milk frother, toaster and kettle. Rooms have hanging wardrobe shelves and wooden hangers. Other amenities include iron, ironing board, washing machine and hair dryer. Guests are welcomed with coffee, tea, milk, condiments, snacks and a loaf of sourdough bread. Fresh linen and towels provided. We your hosts live nearby and are available to assist however we can.
Guests can access the entire apartment; hosts do not live here. Please be aware, as with any other boutique block of apartments, there is no lift in the building. The car space is very tight, as all Melbourne underground garages are, so please let us know in advance if you are concerned about getting in. On-street parking is also available.

Our location is perfect; just one block from a tram stop servicing a multitude of routes and just two blocks from the free tram zone. Not being directly on the tram line or in the city means that there is absolute peace and quiet at night; you wouldn't even know you were right on the doorstep of one of the world's most liveable cities Our apartment is on the border of Carlton and Melbourne: we are 500 meters from the Queen Victoria Market, 500 meters from Lygon Street, under one kilometer away from the State Library, Melbourne Museum and stunning Carlton Gardens. On the opposite side of the street from us is Lincoln Square and University Square lies on the street behind us. Being located next to Melbourne University means there are many students and academics wandering around, adding to the vibe of this little nook in Carlton. A few blocks within any direction will lead you to outstanding food and coffee, including specialty coffee roaster Seven Seeds, which is just around the corner 500 meter walk and our favorite cafe, Kaprica, which is just across the road from the apartment and is open for late breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday.
We are two blocks from the free tram zone and one block from the Lincoln Square tram stop which services a multitude of lines extending out into Melbourne's most visited areas, including Fitzroy, St. Kilda, Toorak, Brunswick, Collingwood and North Melbourne. There is also a bus that runs along our street and Melbourne Central train station is only 900 meters away. There is on-street parking all up and down our street and the neighboring ones; we do have a car space but please let us know what sort of vehicle you have, as it may be a challenge to get in and out with a large vehicle.
