Whether you are into sport, the arts or want a place to catch up with family and friends, you’ll love this apartment.

This very spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom top floor apartment is newly furnished with our guest comfort in mind, it is private enough for 2 couples as you will have your own wing separated by living room. The apartment is bathed with natural light.

The Apartment have an open plan, full size kitchen, dining and living area leading to the balcony that overlooks South Yarra and Yarra River.

To help ensure you relax and enjoy your stay, we included Free Parking, Wifi, Netflix, coffee pod machine, tea and bathroom starter kit. There is a supermarket, chemist just on Swan Street for you to stock up if you are planning to cook instead of enjoying some of the best eateries around.

Other extras include reverse cycle cooling, heater in the room, video intercom and access to a outdoor pool and gym.

If you prefer to venture to the Melbourne City, It is a short 5-minute tram or train trip or via Uber.

We kindly request guests are respectful of this beautifully appointed apartment and mindful of neighbouring residents and keep noise down when entering or exiting the property and when on the balconies and common property areas.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balcony and in the common areas of the building via strata by-laws.

Mindful of excessive noise for the comfort of our neighbours, keep noise down between 10pm-7am please.

Please take good care of the apartment, it's fixtures and fittings, and report any damage or concerns as soon as they are noticed. Unreported breakages or damage caused by miss-use may be deducted from your security deposit.

Please turn off electrical items as you leave the apartment daily, final departure kindly leave the apartment as close to as possible the state you found it in would be greatly appreciated.

Please empty all rubbish on your final day.

Keys used in this apartment are provided by the owners corporation and only a select number are issued to each apartment. Loss of garage remotes, security FOBS or any key provided to you will result in $125 deduction from your bond per item lost. This is the cost to us to have these items re-issued and lost items cancelled.

Please be careful and always take your key with you to avoid being locked out

Wedding groups, birthday gatherings/events of any kind are not permitted.

Unfortunately, noise complaints will result in a fine from the security company which will be forwarded onto the guest who made the booking and may result in the termination of your booking with no refund.

Please note smoke detected will set the fire alarm off. This may result in a fine from body corporate which will also be forwarded onto the guest who made the reservation.

Any house rules which are broken will result in a termination of the booking without refund.

Guest numbers:

Security Bond:

A security bond will be paid by the tenants and held by the booking platform until expiration of this Tenancy.

In the event that repairs are to be made the bond will be kept indefinitely until such point as repairs can be assessed and made.

The bond will be kept until the damage is resolved, at which point the money will either be in full or part refunded to the guest or in full or part paid to the owner of the property for the damage caused.

House Manager:

The person making the booking will be designated as the house manager and will be nominated as the primary contact. The house manager must be 18 years of age or older, warrants that he/she is authorised to agree to this agreement on behalf of all occupants and takes full responsibility to ensure that all occupants and any guests or invitees of such occupants understand and agree to this agreement. A mobile phone number must be provided and be contactable when occupying the property 24/7 for security purposes.

Loss, Damage or Injury:

We take no responsibility whatsoever for loss or damage of any property, or personal injury or death, of any occupant, guest or invitee of any such occupant and they each exclude all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. The occupants acknowledge the environment in which the property is located and must take extreme care including, without limitation, observing safety signage, fire and safety directions and procedures and exercise caution whilst inside and when venturing outside the property. Occupants must report breakages immediately or as soon as practical and are responsible for loss or damage of property belonging to them, or their guests, and for the damage or loss of property belonging to the property during their stay. Your security bond will be kept by the booking platform from 7 to 14 days after your vacating the property for this purpose. We recommend travel/health insurance as security for the event of accident, sickness or cancellation caused by unforeseen circumstances such as transport problems or illness.
