This Docklands apartment is well managed with all the comforts of your own home and I am happy to help to ensure you feel at ease throughout the booking. The location is amazing with the free trams and walk into the city.
Bedding - 1 bedroom Queen Bed with an extra study that is converted into a second bedroom Double Bed. Both beds have electric blankets. The bathroom is off the Main Bedroom. As mentioned, the lounge also coverts into a third bed with full bedding. Two beds are now in the apartment. Clean linen and bath towels are supplied.

Inside Apartment - Unlimited Internet, 2 flat screen TVs in the bedroom and one lounge, DVD and DVDs, Netflicks, CD player, electric blankets on one of the beds, washer and dryer, coffee machine, full kitchen appliances, microwave, dishwasher, hairdryer, heaters in both bedroom and split system heating / cooling in lounge room, outdoor balcony setting, one car park available for use. Two double glazed windows have been installed for noise barrier.

The Neighbourhood: Located near Harbour Town Brand Direct Shopping Center, this apartment is perfect for families, couples or friends visiting Melbourne.
Its a ten second walk to the water harbour and restaurants, few minutes walk to Costo and Melbourne's famous Harbour Town shopping district, Etihad Stadium is just a five minute away walk across the road, a longer walk is Spencer Street / Southern Cross Station, Crown Casino and the Melbourne City.
It is located at a short walking distance to Melbourne Star Observation Wheel, shops, restaurants, trendy pubs, cafes, activities and entertainment. It's 200 meters to the Ice-house, New Quay and water-front. The apartment is just a very short walk, or 5 minute tram ride to Etihad Stadium, Southern Cross Station and 20 minutes on tram to MCG, AAMI Park and the Melbourne Park Tennis Centre.
If coming into Docklands from Melbourne airport, the cost of the taxi would be approximately $50 or catch the Sky Bus from Airport straight to Spencer Street Station / Southern Cross Station and either walk with hand luggage or catch a quick tram or train.

1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. CHECK IN / OUT
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. We will send you an email with the key location and your unique code that we change each stay.
3. SECURITY BOND
A bond payment of $500 is allocated to the booking.
Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to are any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc.
4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Parties are not allowed and noise and music needs to be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is located in a residential apartment block. No loud music to be played after 8pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10pm on Friday and Saturday night. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property.
Pets may be welcome, discuss with us.
6. LINEN AND TOWELS
All linen and towels are included in the stay.
7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform us at the earliest opportunity so we have the chance to rectify the situation.
Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management prior to departure from the property.
We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property.
8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours..
You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately.
Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided.
Crockery and cutlery must be washed and packed away. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond.
All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay.
You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys in the event of losing the keys will be provided at an additional charge of $250. This is expensive because they are custom keys with a garage remote.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
