The master bedroom has a queen bed, whilst the second and third bedrooms have two single beds each. Extra bedding can be provided on request. There is lots of natural light and a sunny balcony overlooking the Elsternwick surrounds. An open plan kitchen features modern appliances and is fully equipped. The carpeted dinning and lounge room is the perfect space to feast and relax in comfort with the stylish contemporary lounge suites and dining furniture. The main bedroom includes a spacious ensuite and the second bathroom includes bath.
Just outside the front entrance is a short walk to the Classic cinema on Gordon St. and also Glenhuntly Rd, Elsternwick’s premier shopping strip. Many restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity or in nearby Elwood Village or St Kilda. Melbourne public transport options couldn’t be any closer with Elsternwick Station only 100m down the street. Bordering all that St.Kilda and inner Melbourne has to offer this is a prime location to be situated for holiday accommodation, executive rentals or short stay relocations.
