This accommodation comprises 2 separate but identical apartments right next to each other, their front doors being 1m apart.
These two apartments, totalling 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounge rooms which can also be used as bedrooms, and 2 kitchens can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably or 14 with a bit of a squeeze. For more than ten guests additional mattresses can be stood up against the lounge room walls during the day and then laid down onto the floor at night. Each lounge room has a door which can be closed at night thereby transforming them into the fifth and sixth bedrooms.
Comfortable and quiet, these two apartments have everything you might need for a short, medium, or longer term stay.

The whole of both apartments will be at your disposal. You will not have to share anything with anyone else. The apartments have their own kitchens, bathrooms, and washing machines.
The sands and waves of the beach are about a minute’s walk away. BYO wine and beach towels.
A shopping strip is also about a minute away. There you will find a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, bars and bottle shops.
Free on site parking is available for you at the back of the property.
So go for a dip in the water, or if you'd rather walk, then just turn towards the city skyline and meander along the miles of sandy beaches leading to St Kilda and Port Melbourne. Or turn in the other direction and you can wander along Brighton Beach with all its grand beachside houses. If you feel really energetic you could then stroll along the bay all the way down to the tip of Mornington Peninsula.
Alternatively, play a round of golf at the Elsternwick Golf Course, or perhaps a game of tennis on the foreshore tennis courts or those at Elsternwick Park, all a 5 to 10 minute walk away.
The Elwood Village neighborhood is the hub of a local beach culture. Its long sandy beach, combined with a huge park, a golf course and a dozen tennis courts, together with its proximity to St Kilda, Luna Park and the city center makes it ideal for holiday makers and travellers.
Bus and tram stops, as well as a railway station are nearby.
The apartments would suit larger groups as well as families with kids, and perhaps even a pet so long as it is house trained and is not left inside the apartment on its own. It would also suit groups of friends and business travellers as well as those attending conventions. If you require a high chair and/or cot please ask at time of booking.
Admittedly not a five star hotel, but neither does it carry a five star price tag.
Should you require anything during your stay, the hosts will do their best to provide it. Living only a few minutes away, they would be available to attend to your needs promptly.
