With one side of the road being sand (long beach) and the other side of the road being creek, Gould Street (#1 street in Frankston) is absolutely unique within the entire Port Phillip Bay.
The place is so close to everything, including Frankston Arts Centre, Frankston Sand Sculpture, Peninsula Aquatic Recreational Centre, Frankston Pier, Peninsula Hot Spring, Gunnamatta Trail Rides, Red Hill Wineries, etc.
The swimming pool , Secure Gate Parking and backyard garden maybe shared with the house on the same site as there are two houses on the same site, i.e. main house and guest house. Both houses have their own entrance and both are self-contained. If you wish to have the entire site for yourself, there is a list for the entire site which consists of two houses and can accommodate up to 17 people.
