Being a self-contained guesthouse, the house has off street parking that is gated and laundry and outdoor pool. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with a huge walk-in wardrobe that can be used as an additional bedroom. There is currently a double bed set up in this additional bedroom. Bedroom 2 has its own spacious living area with TV, dining table two sofa-beds and a fridge. Bedroom 1 has a full ensuite and bedroom 2 has a separate shower.

There is no separate living area. The living area is part of the king size bedroom since the bedroom is very big and it can fit one king size bed, two sofa beds, dining table and TV table.
It is walking distance to train stations and bus terminals and airport bus within 10 minutes’ walk.
With one side of the road being sand long beach and the other side of the road being creek, Gould Street 1 street in Frankston is absolutely unique within the entire Port Phillip Bay.
The place is so close to everything, including Frankston Arts Centre, Frankston Sand Sculpture, Peninsula Aquatic Recreational Centre, Frankston Pier, Peninsula Hot Spring, Gunnamatta Trail Rides, Red Hill Wineries, etc.
The swimming pool , laundry facility, Secured Gate Parking and backyard garden maybe shared with the house on the same site as there are two houses on the same site, i.e. main house and guest house. Both houses have their own entrance and both are self-contained. If you wish to have the entire site for yourself, there is a listing for the entire site which consists of two houses and can accommodate up to 17 people.
The house is carpeted. Unacceptable stains left on the carpet which can't be cleaned via the normal vacuum cleaning process will occur 100-200 dollars special carpet cleaning cost depending on the size of the stains.

Cooking of food with strong smell, such as fish, shell fish, etc. is prohibited. Additional charge will be applied for the odor treatment/removal if strong smell is identified in the house after check out.
