The light filled family room with a separate meals area plus a kids play corner, opens to a covered alfresco deck area.

This fully furnished home comprises of good living spaces, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with carport.


There is a formal lounge, where you can close the doors, and have some uninterrupted time or even a quiet evening reading books. Otherwise, the younger generations can have some enjoyable time watching our 55" flat screen TV with TV box can watch various overseas channels in the big, bright family room. These two separate living spaces tailored for different life style amongst family members.

Additional bonus included ducted heating throughout. Split system air conditioner in meals powerful enough to cover the family room and kitchen. Air conditioning to cool the master bedroom down in summer.

Rinnai hot water system is installed. There is a controller for you to set the maximum water temperature for the whole house. Controller enables you to simply set your desired hot water temperature, turn on the HOT water tap and enjoy your preset temperature. No more mixing hot and cold. Besides, this also prevents any undesirable burns and accidents of our precious little ones. The best of this continuous hot water system ensures you will never run out of hot water.


House Rules:

- No pets or animals due to possible allergy.

- Being a family home, we have a strictly no smoking and no prohibited substances policy.

- No parties, events and big gatherings.

- Since this is a neighbourhood, please limit sound level between the hours of 10pm and 7am.

- We appreciate no shoes in the house please. Good idea to bring along indoor slippers.

- For the consideration of future guests, no deep frying or cooking highly aromatic dishes or curries in the kitchen.

- Please respect our maximum occupancy requirement. Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or emails. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owner in advance.

- Any alteration in the number of guests and trip, the owner must be notified in writing before the stay.

- Guest must present a government-issued photo identification if asked by the owner.

- You agree to ensure that each guest is covered by comprehensive travel insurance and health insurance.

- The owner takes no responsibility of the guests’ personal belongings.

- You agree to keep and leave the property and the furnishings in good condition.

- The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanitary napkins, baby wipes, wet wipes, nappies etc in the rubbish bins in the bathrooms.

- You agree to allow us or any representatives of ours access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay for the purpose of essential repairs, in an emergency or to ensure you are complying with the booking.

- To prevent energy wastage, please ensure all heaters, air conditioners and other appliances are switched off prior to departure.

- The property should be left in a clean and tidy state similar to its condition arrival. While we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean, dry and put away any dishes and kitchenware used.

- Guests must depart the property at the check out time on the agreed/specified date. If guests stay past the agreed check out time, the host is entitled to make the guests leave immediately. Any additional charges and expenses incurred will be covered by the guests.

- The internet is only for normal use. Do not use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities.

- All keys must be returned to the owners upon check out. Lost or stolen key will incur a $200 surcharge.

- If there is any violation of the house rules, as owners, we have the right to ask the guests to leave the property immediately, WITHOUT any refund of accommodation fee, deposit and cleaning fees.
