The guest house is recently and purpose built containing a studio bedroom/lounge with beautiful bathroom at one end and modern kitchenette at the other end. Cosy, compact and very comfortable.
The bedroom has bedside tables and lamps, TV and ample storage/robe. The lounge/dining area contains a small dining table, 2 small ottomans, and a comfortable sofa which converts to a double bed - therefore the apartment is suitable for bookings for 2 guests. It's worth adding that when the sofa bed is set up it does encroach on the living area space, so when needed guests usually set it up before bedtime just takes a minute and pack it up each morning.
The kitchenette is equipped with brand new appliances: a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus utensils, etc.
You have your own private courtyard with an outdoor table and chairs. You may use the owner's BBQ with their approval and enjoy your meal in the guest house or at your outdoor table and chairs.
Look out your windows which all slide and open up leading onto your own well maintained outdoor pool. This 4mt by 4mt unique pool features a variety of deck chairs to relax. You won’t find another stay quite like this, and the pool is yours to enjoy all year round, even the winter sun shines on this space.

The guesthouse is situated at the back of the property, at ground level. With easy access from a quiet street, you'll enter your guesthouse via the private front garden path and come and go independently.
No stairs, this is a single detached guesthouse. Custom designed for guests only. A private, light and bright modern space to call home for short stays, long stays or business trips.
Car parking is available on the street outside the guesthouse.
We try to welcome guests and help them to settle in. However, if we are not on-site at your time of arrival a key will be available in a key-safe near your private entry side door code provided.
Our home is at the front of the property, so we are always available for advice and a chat throughout your stay, but we respect your space and interact with guests when needed/requested.
Please let us know a little about yourself i.e. why you are visiting and what time you’ll approx. arrive/ depart so I can give the owners further info. There are sensor lights for you if it's dark.

Please note, this home in within a residential environment, therefore there’s strictly no parties and loud disturbance, a maximum of 2 guests and no smoking.
A friendly dog resides on the premises however she will be locked away always, unless you are dog friendly, in which she will be happy to share the backyard with you.
The beach-side suburb Hampton is located 15kms south of Melbourne on Port Phillip, between Brighton and Sandringham. The strip of shops along of Hampton Street features world class restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, clothing stores, antiques shops and personal services.
Hampton offers visitors safe swimming along a wide stretch of sandy beach. The foreshore reserve provides BBQ and picnic facilities and is attractively landscaped with grassy strips, palm trees and a walking and bicycle path.
