Enter the newly renovated contemporary townhouse and you will find a stylish, warm and inviting home.

The front living room features a large screen tv and French doors that open out into a private court yard garden.

Further down the corridor you will pass an elegant powder room & toilet and fully equipped laundry.

Beyond this is a spacious open plan kitchen (with granite bench tops and European appliances), dining room and lounge (with open gas fire place). This overlooks a chic rear courtyard; perfect for entertaining with BBQ and modern outdoor setting.

A lockup garage at the back is accessible via a rear lane way.

Upstairs features 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom with queen bed, features a walk-through wardrobe and large ensuite.

The other 2 bedrooms (1 with queen bed and 1 with double bed) are stylishly decorated and feature built in robes.

A second upstairs bathroom includes bath and large shower.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent home away from home! Highly rate this property. Great location for inner south east. We could walk everywhere. Clean, well looked after. Everything you need, including room to spread out and off street parking for two with remote!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Location, Comfort, Space, Style We stayed at Hawthorn Teneriffe for 11 nights while we had some renovating done and it was fantastic. Ticked all the boxes for location and comfort. We are a family of 6 but there was plenty of space for all of us. Everything was provided for and the location was nice and close to public transport, cafes, restaurants and shops. The garage was very handy too and parking was never a problem. Would definitely recommend Hawthorn Teneriffe .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A home away from home We stayed for four nights in November and I have to say we are very pleased with the property. The house is immaculate, had everything we needed and more, we feel very at home. The access to the garage is also very handy, but there are plenty of off-street parking surrounding the property. Kerrie and his father Doug are helpful and kept in touch whenever you needed them. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we will not hesitate to stay again and recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional I booked this house for my parents / aunty & uncle to stay in for my wedding - I also got ready there the day of my wedding - it was perfect.. Spacious, clean, & very comfortable. Ample parking options also. Only 10min walk to camberwell junction which was great. You honestly cannot go wrong with this property.

Huge living areas great for families, whole house is well thought out and great for relaxing in. Owner is easy to communicate with and a pleasure to book through. Thankyou
