We have two of 2 bedroom units in Hawthorn. The rate on listing is for a couple. Additional charges for extra guests.

10/2 Lisson Grove: the Main with fully fitted built-in wardrobes and Queen size bed, quality linen and one ottoman which is a king single sofa bed inside. Second bedroom with two singles, plus in built wardrobes. The Lovely carpeted lounge room has quality furnishings with a comfortable lounge ,big plasma TV, large windows with plenty of natural light, adjoins fully equipped brand new Kitchen with glass splash backs, gas stove, microwave, fridge, plenty of crockery glassware. Bright new bathroom, separate WC and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Sunny alfresco courtyard, reverse cycle heating/ cooling, undercover car space.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for Four The unit in Lisson Grove is not really a good fit for four people for any significant duration of time. We needed to stay over a week and we could not unpack our suitcases, certainly not in the master bedroom as there is only hanging space. The second bedroom has more cupboards, but cannot access all of them as the second single bed, prevents the cupboards from opening full. The blinds in the second bedroom and also in the Lounge need repair. Couch in the Lounge needs some repair as well. Kitchen has a good layout, some of the pots and pans needed a good clean before I was prepared to let my wife use them and I'm generally not that fussy about pots. Not particularly impressed about having to pay a specific cleaning fee. This should all be included in the daily rate. No instructions provided on when the rubbish bins were to be collected. We consider ourselves a pretty easy going family...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The location of this unit is fabulous - very close to multiple transport options. Unit is spacious and kitchen fine. Great inclusion was computer on site with internet connection. Very responsive owner/manager - no hassles with arrangements or refund of bond etc. Value for money - would stay again.
