This StayCentral serviced residence has a huge, fully-equipped kitchen and walk-in pantry, with large oven and five-burner gas cook top, dishwasher, two fridges, a laundry with separate washer, dryer and plenty of storage and bench space, and two large bathrooms, including ensuite; plus 2 x powder rooms.
This home is exceptionally fitted out with every consideration being made for both style and comfort. The property has a zoned reverse cycle ducted heating and cooling system, large gas hot water system, intercom and a remote control garage door.

Where to start? This is the most gorgeous property and home. Everything was BRAND NEW Stunningly decorated by an interior designer, nothing was left out. There were 3 bags of chips in the cupboard for us hooray, coffee pods to welcome us in the morning, every amenity or accompaniment imaginable yes even garlic pepper. Drift upstairs and onto the plush toe-sinking carpet, set the home to your preferred temperature, laze outside and enjoy the HUGE BBQ, then sink into the biggest bath ever with gorgeous toiletries then slip into brand new, crisp white sheets. Thank you so much Chris for coming over with a DVD player at our request, and to you Max for showing us around and making us feel welcome. We loved our family stay together and have recommended Stay Central and your wonderful property to many people already. We'll be back

We loved staying at Heidelberg Haven. The house is brand new and looks just like the its even better in real life The interior design is gorgeous as well as practical. The bathrooms are to die for and the carpet in the bedrooms is so soft. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and the outdoor BBQ is an amazing set up with outdoor sink and plenty of bench space. We would love to come back to this property again and highly recommend it. The service provided by Stay Central was great with quick and efficient communication which is what you want when booking and staying somewhere.

This beautiful new home in Edwin St, Heidelberg Heights is perfectly positioned only minutes away from bustling Heidelberg and Ivanhoe Central and the public bus stops only 20m from the front fence. It has a great privacy aspect, with nobody able to peer into your privacy from adjacent buildings. There are two parking spaces on site, incl one lock-up carport, plus street parking out the front.
Heidelberg is a lovely leafy suburb of Melbourne. It has great parks, even overlooks James Reserve across the road shops and a 'family feel' neighbourhood. You can grab yourself one of Melbourne's best coffee's down at the many local cafes including the Chairmans Café and Larder in Francis Street and 'Miss Marie's' in Rosanna.
The residence is very close to Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital, The Austin Hospital, The Oliver Newton-John Wellness Centre and Mercy Hospital for Women only 1.6km or 20-minute walk, Warringal Private Hospital 1.4km and RMIT 9 km and La Trobe University 4 km.
There's a market on the weekend nearby at La Trobe University.
It is conveniently located between the huge Warrigal Parklands, Rosanna Parklands, and Darebin Creek Forest Park. Warrigal Parklands is just massive. Rosanna Parklands is a 15-hectare park with creek, playground, jogging and bike track and even a tree house.

Transport from the airport is easy; take the Skybus from outside the airport terminal to Southern Cross train station in downtown Melbourne, then cross over to the Eltham/Hurstbridge metro train line. Get off the train at Heidelberg station. From there, you have the option to walk 1.6 km or get a taxi/uber if you have lots of bags.
You can walk to the Melbourne to Hurstbridge train line which stops at Jolimont for Melbourne Park and the MCG, where there are lots of sporting venues including the Australian Open, AFL Grand Final and the cricket at the MCG. The express train takes only 15 minutes to reach Flinders St Station in the city. The ‘all-stations’ train is a 29-minute train ride, with at least 3 trains per hour. Heidelberg has multiple food outlets including Japanese, Indian and two upmarket restaurants with gaming facilities, Coles and Leo’s supermarkets and bottle shops

All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.

We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We generally check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.
