This charming light filled fully furnished apartment in the historic Majorca Building is set in the heart of the CBD's cafe precinct.

Boasting arched windows this well appointed, spacious apartment with jarrah floors and high ceilings overlooks Degraves Street and Flinders Lane.

Juliet balcony adjoins the bedroom with ensuite.

An entrance hallway leads to an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Includes separate laundry with washer/dryer,dishwasher, large screen TV .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My Happy Place! I have stayed in this beautiful apartment on trips to Melbourne twice and will definitely be back! Location is perfect. Smack bang in the middle of the city but tucked away in a laneway off flinders lane. You walk out of your front door straight into a laneway where you are spoilt for choice for food and coffee. Around the corner is Elizabeth St or Swanston St where you are a tram ride or a short walk from Anywhere you want to go in the city. The apartment itself is perfect. Filled with natural light, minimalist and scrupulously clean. It has everything you need for a short stay in Melb. The bed is very comfortable. Yes there is noise at night from the streets downstairs but you ARE staying in the centre of the city! I bring ear plugs and sleep fine. The owner is lovely, and very accommodating. I can't wait to stay here again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great location Comfortable apartment in great location. Only problem is you need ear plugs to sleep due to the trucks backing up and down the lanes all night. Loved being in the lanes with great food and coffee on the doorstep.

Owner prompt and friendly. Thanks so much. Have always loved this building and getting to stay in it was amazing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Apartment in a great position. This apartment was in a great position in the CBD, and everything was perfect for our short stay. The kitchen was excellent and all other facilities were as described and resulted in a very comfortable time. The apartment is close to some wonderful shops and cafes, and the rail station and many tram lines are close by. We are keen to return one day soon.
