This restaurant strip is quite separate from the longer established "Little Italy" strip of restaurants and street cafés further south in Lygon Street, Carlton. If you are looking to use the house as a venue to hold a party or consume large amounts of alcohol and behave in a loud and rowdy manner this is not the house for you, please do not enquire.
The house is 3 levels with views to the city is the size of 6 apartments, a spacious house making it well suited for couples, and business stays and can comfortably accommodate 18 people.
A Park is directly opposite the house offering a childrens playground, BBQs and a great sized footy oval for kids to enjoy.
Ground level consists of a bedroom with 1 queen bed with built-in robes, Laundry/Bathroom, then an open plan kitchen, dining and living. It opens out to a courtyard with bi folding doors.
The first floor consists of Master Bedroom with walk-in robe, en suite with a spa bath plus shower an seperate powder room, and balcony with city views a The-next bedroom has two single beds or king bed. And the next bedroom bedrooms on this level has 6 single bed or 1 king bed and 4 singles there is a bathroom next to this room with shower and a bath.
The second floor consists of another two room. One with 2 single bed or king and the next room is a large open room with a powder room, kitchenette (sink, cupboards, mini fridge, toaster & kettle) and 1 king bed and an outdoor roof top terrace with BBQ and city views.
There is plenty of free on street parking in front of the house.

The house has hydronic heating, ducted vacuuming, alarm system, intercom and ceiling mounted speakers throughout. Side by side fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and plenty of baking trays and serving ware. The living room has a 60 inch tv with DVD player and the second floor living has a 50 inch with DVD player. The master bedroom has a 55 ich tv the 5 th bedroom has a 46 inch tv

You can catch tram 96 from Nicholson St (approx 250 meter from the house) which takes you into the city via Bourke St and then to St Kilda. Or you can catch tram 1 from Lygon St (approx 200 meter from the house) which also takes you to the city and then to South Melbourne.

Advertised rates are for 8 adults . Extra Adults (over 13) are $59 per person per night and Children (under 13) are an extra $55 person per night.
Please note once you have made a booking and have given us the total of people that will be staying in the property, and if anyone is not able to make it and they drop out the quotes stays the same.
