This studio apartment is located in a stunning heritage building Flinders House (aka Flinders Way) right around the corner from Degraves Street with its lane way dining, cafes and boutique shopping.

Although positioned in the centre of the vibrant and bustling Flinders Lane, it provides a very comfortable and inviting resting place for the discerning traveller, the business person or a couple seeking a romantic weekend away.

This well-appointed and charming 3rd floor apartment (serviced by an elevator), has a supremely comfortable Queen Bed, en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, a living / dining area that boasts very high ceilings and a pull-down sofa that converts into a double bed. Both the bedroom and lounge room have eco-friendly (and whisper quiet) ceiling fans. Double-glazed windows ensure our guests have a restful nights sleep in the city centre.

The apartment has both a polished timber floor area and carpet (a comfort on those cold Melbourne winter nights), and there are wall heating units in both the bedroom and the living / dining area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (which include a Smeg oven, dishwasher and microwave).

Fine quality linen and towels are provided. For the comfort of all guests this studio apartment is STRICTLY NON SMOKING.

Conveniently located between Swanston Street & Elizabeth Street at 238 Flinders Lane, it is one of the most desirable locations for any visitor to tap into Melbourne's unique day and nightlife.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Location Great apartment, well equipped, clean and fantastic location. We expected street noise given proximity to Degraves Lane and Flinders Street, but very quiet. Some minor internal noise from other apartments due to old building with original timber flooring, but overall a comfortable stay. Owner was very helpful and lovely to deal with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great place! We stayed over the Christmas period and this studio was great. It was close to everything with all the facilities of home, which was fantastic having come from a hotel room with no microwave. The best thing is that the apartment is just over Degraves St, which is Melbourne city's cafe street, so every morning we'd just go downstairs for breakfast or brunch!

Safe & secure building, metres to Flinders & Swanston Street, with cafes, supermarket, bottle shop & transport around the corner. Super comfortable bed, full kitchen, small, but neat bathroom & a washing machine. Perfect for travellers or business person.
