Fully Furnished Short Stay Apartment located at 408 La Trobe Street Melbourne is in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Just 10 minutes walk to Etihad Stadium, Southern Cross Station, Spencer Street shopping plaza, Queen Victoria Market and the Melbourne central where shopping and food is located just across the road, you will find that everything you need is within walking distance from this apartment. On the front door is the Free City Circle Tram and is very close to all kind of transport such as trams, trains and buses.

This inner city two-level, 3 bedrooms - La Trobe Street City apartment has a balcony with exceptional city views, polished floor boards throughout both levels. Three spacious bedrooms features 1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds which located upstairs. Upstairs has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, 1 of the bathroom has a separate shower and a bath with the laundry facility with washing machine and dryer. Dining/living area and a toilet located downstairs. The kitchen overlooks the open-plan living/dining area and is fully-equipped with dishwasher, fridge, stove and microwave oven.

Other features include: Reverse cycle heating/air-conditioning, intercom, lift access, and remote control access to one under-building car parking space. Unlimited ADSL2+ broadband internet

The apartment is well suited to couples, families and business stays and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Badly managed property The collecting of key is a cumbersome and stressful process, need to travel to other location 15 mins. away, then texted to request for the code to open the keysafe, about 5 mins later with the code there was no key in it. Calls went straight into recording and after 15 mins. of texts, got reply saying that couldn't get hold of the cleaner who is holding the keys!!!!! I was trying to think of alternative accommodation for 5 of us and after an hour the cleaner shown up with the key. The unit is not well kept, there were no blinds on the windows leaving only the tracks, the PVC cover of lounge set were torn and the cushions of the seats are so thin that you sat into the metal frames. The kitchen and bathroom are not clean esp. the utensils in the drawers are mass and there are only 2 glasses in the whole flat. We definitely will not rent any unit from this agency again as we learnt that we are not the only party that had the problem, just wondering why is not reflected in the review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Impressed - Roomy - Comfortable - Helpful After reading previous reviews I was a bit sceptical, and came prepared for an unclean apartment (but it was affordable and well located). What we got was a great clean large comfortable apartment - very pleasantly surprised!!! Very helpful staff - and an undercover free carpark in the city!!! Plenty of room for everyone - clean linen - 3 bathrooms - very spacious. Some furniture a bit old - but we were very well accommodated for a city stay - since we really needed somewhere to base ourselves and get changed to go out. Very happy - we'll be coming back - and we've told others as well so they'll be coming too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unclean and in disrepair a disgrace Sadly we were hugely disappointed Excited about a holiday with the whe family in melbourne for my sons birthday Thankfully the sheets were clean it stopped there Floors were filthy behind doors full of dust shower alcove mouldy stairs full of dust Broken bin holes in the wall broken blinds light bulb not replaced in master bedroom

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Untidy & Unkept No where like the photos displayed for this site (can gladly show you the real ones). Where to start - Divan lounge in lounge area ripped and had to put a sheet over to sit on. This was meant to be the bed for our 5 yr grandson. Lounge and dining area had cabinets/metal shelves on the walls. Storage cupboard had a cut up wooden bed frame in it and no broom or dust pan to be seen - had to use a vacuum cleaner to pick up dirt from floors. One of the dining chairs was broken. The glassware and dinnerware didn't look clean/fresh - needed to wash before we used them. We experienced quite a lot of rain and the main bathroom upstairs had a leak through the main light/heater system and water was leaking through the lights and over the bathroom floor The blinds in the main room had no hooks to use when rolling up. The apartment did not look fresh - the walls were dirty and there were gouges on the stairwell walls. We did request viewing the apartment on the two occasions we visited Melbourne prior to staying there and due to being rented at the time we were unable to view. Had I have seen the apartment I would have gladly lost my deposit and stayed in a nearby hotel with my family (6 adults and 1 child). I have advised the estate agent of my concerns and issues and would not be recommending this to any person, friend and/or family member.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from great location great location, city circle tram stop nearby, IGA express just around the corner, unfortunately no tea towels, hand towels or face washers provided, unkept overall, not clean on arrival, leaking roof when it rains (puddle on floor slipping hazard), minimal cook ware and crockery, disappointed but a great inner city spot
