Description

This simply amazing, as new, large and spacious 2 1/2 bedroom apartment, situated on top of Spencer Street in the chic Mondriane residential complex. Be spoilt by the sensational views, from the city skyline across to the deep blue of the Bay. Unbelievably close view to the Etihad stadium from the top - this place should be on the bucket list of every AFL Footie fan

Apartment features gourmet kitchen complete with microwave, fridge, gas stove, electric oven and much more, adjacent to the kitchen is a large open plan living/dining area. Adjoining the living/dining area is a wrap-around balcony, providing exceptional panoramic 270 degree views and light.

There are two spacious bedrooms with built in cabinets and a third smaller bedroom, all immaculately furnished. There is also a stylish central bathroom with large shower room, toilet and vanity. A separate full fledged laundry are also available, including a washing machine, dryer and ironing board.

Features reverse cycle air conditioning, marble bench tops, security entrance, 50 inch TV. The indoor swimming pool and gymnasium is located on the 25th floor and the views from the pool have to be seen to be believed Amazing.......

BED ARRANGEMENT:

The two bedrooms has king sized beds each can be split into two single beds on request, the smaller 3rd bedroom has a single bed and the lounge room has two double sized pull-out sofabed to sleep two - four. The apartment is listed for 4 people stay, but it can accommodate up to 7-people easily or 8-people when stretched. Extra cost applies for additional guests over 4.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comfortable and convenient Our apartment was conveniently located near bus and tram stops and was the perfect size for 5 adults to stay. It was a little inconvenient that only one set of keys are available for this room which made separating and going our different ways very hard to orchestrate. The bedding was comfortable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely terrible The apartment had large oil stains on the beds, hand prints on the walls, dust covering the air conditioner and bathroom vent, the carpets were unvacuumed and had dirt and hair on them, there were splashes of grey substance?? on the fridge and one kitchen cupboard, the windows had not been cleaned, there were large oil smudges on them and a general unclean haze, there was trash under the kitchen cupboards. And yes we have all the photos. It was so dirty we could not stay and no there is no refund if the place is beyond dirty. Owners totally unhelpful. Not at all like the photos not 4.5 stars. I cannot recommend this place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent location & accomodation We had a fantastic stay. Close to tram, coles, train station, bus station etc. We enjoy walking & found almost everything was fairly close by. Rooms very nice, we felt safe & our greeter was very helpful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good location This apartment is in a fantastic location; just up from Southern Cross station and Coles supermarket so transport is no problem. If you intend to bring a vehicle it would be advisable to carefully check measurements against those in the listing as parking is accessed via a vehicle lift. Although the apartment sleeps up to 7, there is only one bathroom and the toilet is NOT separate (and there's no lock on the bathroom door) which was very inconvenient.
