This large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom CBD apartment boasts 140 sqm of internal space and 60 sqm balcony

With amazing views, central location and chic décor this luxury 2 double bedroom apartment is a perfect location for large families, anyone looking for corporate accommodation close to Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Crown Casino and Etihad Stadium.

The apartment is also a short walk to the central business district and around the corner from the South Melbourne fresh food markets, large supermarkets including Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and Dan Murphy’s, plus a chemist drug store and medical centre.

The cbd nightlife is a short walk, as is the boutique shopping and dining of South Melbourne Village.

The apartment has a large combined / living area overlooking the city skyline. The dining room has an elegant six seater dining suite fashioned from Tasmanian Oak and the lounge is furnished with a luxury leather modular lounge and elegant decor. The living areas are tiled and open onto a large outdoor terrace overlooking the city. There is an additional internal courtyard adjacent to the entrance hallway off the second bedroom.

Each bedroom is carpeted and has ducted air conditioning and heating throughout.

The main bedroom has 1 King Bedroom Suite or 2 King Single beds, city views, walk through robe, en-suite with shower, separate bath and toilet. This bedroom has a television and second foxtel connection.

The second bedroom has a split King bed which can also be either be 1 King or 2 Singles.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Property could be better. large apartment, but cleaniness and key issues let the overall rating low. Was locked out of the building several times due to swipe tags being faulty, Fiona from Gem was great, came over and gave master keys but unfortunately that also didn't work after hours? Not ideal when you have kids travelling with you. The apartment itself was very large and had was furnished well, but the cleanliness was not great, dirty dishes in dishwasher and floors were very grubby. Location was good, close to crown casino and DFO.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well positioned roomy apartment Nice big unit suitable for a long stay. Great position -walking distance to Casino , city, Southbank . Very close to markets. Woolies Coles and Aldi close by. Also very close to some nice coffee shops. Some of the cupboards and kitchen fittings are starting to look a bit old . Unit very well kitted out eg umbrella , small ipod dock, full foxtel including movies. Comes with a dedicated carpark. Only real negatives- outdoor furniture looks great but not really usable - would be better to have something more practical - eg a couple of comfortable lie lows to get some sun. Other negative- very close to main freeway - so need to have double glazed sliding doors shut most of the time with aircon or vented air running to manage noise - but this and it works well. People managing apartment were very competent and helpful! Although they did take out the balance payment from my credit card about a week before I arrived without prior consultation - which was unusual - wasnt aware that I'd agreed to that.
