This accommodation is in the brand new 108 Flinders Street development. It is a luxury penthouse apartment for those seeking to stay in style, comfort, convenience and, of course, a perfect Melbourne city location.

The apartment is brand new and finished with high quality fixtures, fittings and high end appliances including beautiful oak floors; granite bench tops in kitchen and bathrooms, high end Gaggenau cook top, oven and dishwasher and soft closing drawers. All furniture and bedding is of high quality. Please note upon entering the front door there is 1 flight of stairs leading to the living/sleeping zones of the apartment.

CHILDREN'S SAFETY: please consider carefully if this apartment is suitable for any young children in light of the balconies and exposed timber stairs. Adult care and supervision is expected at all times where children are included in the stay.

Traffic noise? No. Fortunately the apartment does not face onto Flinders Street so no traffic noise.

Strictly no smoking, no parties/events, no pets

108 on Flinders is so well located and is the perfect base for your stay, whether you are travelling or on business.

If sport is your interest, take a short walk to the iconic MCG cricket and Australian football, Melbourne Park which comprises several sporting facilities including Rod Laver Arena for some of the biggest local and international events like the Australian Open tennis and other sporting and musical events. Take a short tram ride to Melbourne's F1 Grand Prix Circuit, the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre and the National Ice Sports Centre.

Just across the road is the vibrant Federation Square for visitor information, entertainment, cafes, restaurants, museums, ACMI cinemas and public broadcasting service. Day Tours also depart from Federation Square. A little further along is the Arts Centre, Southbank, Eureka Tower sky scraper and Crown Casino. Hire a bicycle on the corner of Flinders and Swanston Streets and ride along the banks of the Yarra and beyond.

Enjoy picnics and walks through any of the surrounding parks including, Birrarung Marr, Treasury, Fitzroy, Alexandra and Botanic Gardens.

The tram stops outside 108 on Flinders free tram zone, Flinders Street Railway Station is a mere block away for travel to virtually any destination. Take advantage of the Melbourne City Tourist Shuttle which also stops opposite Federation Square.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Apartment Our family of 5 stayed here for 5 nights recently - it is a fairly new apartment with good quality fittings in the bathrooms and kitchen. The sofa bed in the lounge area was probably the most comfortable sofa bed we have slept in! The apartment is in a wonderful location with a tram stop right outside and we were only 2 stops away by the free tram service to the Australian Open action and it is so accessible to everything else. Maria was very helpful in meeting us at the apartment after our flight arrived in the evening. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great facilities and location This is a well presented apartment which had all we needed. As we stayed over the Christmas period there were lovely touches such as Christmas decorations, chocolates, flowers and fruit. The location was perfect for what we were doing over the week that we spent there, heaps of restaurants and close to transport.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Location Location Location We had a lovely three night stay at 108 Flinders. The location was great, so easy to get to the theatre, shopping and restaurants. The tram stop is right at the door with Federation Square only moments away. The apartment was spotless and new and had lots of extra touches like coffee pods, fresh fruit, bread and milk. Two bathrooms made it much easier to get ready in the mornings after a good night’s sleep in the comfortable beds. Maria made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect location. Apartment was exactly as described.Great location and well stocked with essentials.it was lovely to sit out on the balcony as the weather improved.Despite central location,it was very quiet,bed was comfortable and we slept well.Highly recommended.
