This accommodation is in the brand new 108 Flinders Street development. It is a luxury penthouse apartment for those seeking to stay in style, comfort, convenience and, of course, a perfect Melbourne city location.


2 bedrooms: one with queen bed; the other with 2 long singles

2 balconies (one with seating off living room; one off large bedroom)

The apartment is brand new and finished with high quality fixtures, fittings and high end appliances including beautiful oak floors; granite bench tops in kitchen and bathrooms, high end Gaggenau cook top, oven and dishwasher and soft closing drawers. All furniture and bedding is of high quality. Please note upon entering the front door there is 1 flight of stairs leading to the living/sleeping zones of the apartment.

CHILDREN'S SAFETY: please consider carefully if this apartment is suitable for any young children in light of the balconies and exposed timber stairs. Adult care and supervision is expected at all times where children are included in the stay.

Traffic noise? No. Fortunately the apartment does not face onto Flinders Street so no traffic noise.

Strictly no smoking, no parties/events, no pets

108 on Flinders is so well located and is the perfect base for your stay, whether you are travelling or on business.

If sport is your interest, take a short walk to the iconic MCG (cricket and Australian football), Melbourne Park which comprises several sporting facilities including Rod Laver Arena for some of the biggest local and international events like the Australian Open tennis and other sporting and musical events. Take a short tram ride to Melbourne's F1 Grand Prix Circuit, the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre and the National Ice Sports Centre.

Just across the road is the vibrant Federation Square for visitor information, entertainment, cafes, restaurants, museums, ACMI cinemas and public broadcasting service. Day Tours also depart from Federation Square. A little further along is the Arts Centre, Southbank, Eureka Tower sky scraper and Crown Casino. Hire a bicycle on the corner of Flinders and Swanston Streets and ride along the banks of the Yarra and beyond.

Enjoy picnics and walks through any of the surrounding parks including, Birrarung Marr, Treasury, Fitzroy, Alexandra and Botanic Gardens.

If shopping, wining and dining are your passion, you are spoilt for choice in Melbourne. Experience the many top quality restaurants in our multicultural city, and discover al fresco dining in many laneways. A must do is to hop on the free shuttle that takes you to Chadstone Shopping Centre at 10am and returns at 3pm for a fantastic shopping experience in the fashion capital. Departs/returns just across the road at Fed Square.

Don't forget Melbourne's marvellous theatres - yes we are very close to the theatre precinct of the city too.

The tram stops outside 108 on Flinders (free tram zone), Flinders Street Railway Station is a mere block away for travel to virtually any destination. Take advantage of the Melbourne City Tourist Shuttle which also stops opposite Federation Square.

Was equipped with a lot of basic food necessities and fruit which was so convenient when coming in later in the evening. Location was perfect, extremely close to delicious food and bars, attraction alley ways and Flinders Station. The apartment was the perfect size and very comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect place to stay in Melbourne This is a spectacular apartment with every possible amenity and wonderful outdoor space (a terrace off the living room, small balcony off the master bedroom and easy access to a roof-top deck with panoramic views of the city). We stayed there as two couples and found that the 2 large bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms worked perfectly for us. The kitchen has everything you could need including high end cook-top/oven , whisper quiet dishwasher and washer/dryer and there is excellent dining and living space. The apartment is immaculately clean and the internet (free) works very well. There is a fully equipped gym where we were typically the only ones there. The location is within an easy walk of Federation Square, the river. many parks, the cricket stadium and tennis facility, that is the home of the Australian Open. It is across the street from the tram stop which provides free service around the city center. Excellent restaurants and shopping including a grocery store are very nearby. In other words, perfect location. Maria is extremely helpful and made sure that we had some basics (fruit, coffee, tea, cereal) to get us started. We hope to return to Melbourne and this apartment.

The apartment had everything we needed, our family of 5 had more than enough room. Maria (property manager) was very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.
