Comprising queen sized bedroom with a view to inspire, two banks of mirrored robes and a fully tiled en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with a bunk single and double bed and mirrored robes adjoins the spacious second bathroom incorporating Euro laundry and ample storage.
This super convenient and prominent sought-after riverside location provides easy foot access to a selection of boutique shops, cafés, Crown Casino, sporting grounds, parks and a range of transport options. With secured entrance, lift access and a car park and being only a short stroll to anything your heart desires you won't believe your luck.
Check in from 2.00pm and checkout by 10.00am. If you would like an earlier check in, please contact me the day prior to your stay. If we don't have guests the night before we will try our hardest to accommodate an earlier check in.
Upon check out, keys and fobs are to be left on the dining table, please ensure the door is locked when exiting the apartment.
Best of public transport at the foot of your door step. Walking distance from Southern Cross and Flinders Street Station as well as Trams & Buses on Flinders Street.
Other Things to Note
The apartment is fully self service. All doona's, doona covers, bed linen & bathroom towels is included during your stay.
There is a full set of cutlery, plates, bowls and cookware. There is also a toaster, kettle and other basic essentials - cleaning products, toilet paper, tea, sugar, instant coffee. We try to make your stay as enjoyable as possible
On departing the property, to avoid additional cleaning fees please ensure the property is left neat and tidy as per our terms and conditions below. Standard exit cleaning is included in your rates but if excessive cleaning is required, we will need to deduct cost from your bond. Again, we don't like to do this, so please ensure you leave the property in a reasonable state.
During your stay please ensure all rubbish is placed in the rubbish chute around the corner from the main lifts.
Although we love celebrations, our apartment is NOT to be used for parties, gatherings and similar events. The apartment is in a residential complex and your neighbors have a right to quiet enjoyment of their property. We hope you will treat your neighbors with the same courtesy and respect you show your own neighbors.
While you are our guest, we appreciate you looking after the property as if it were your own, we have put a lot of time and thought and expense in preparing the property as a really lovely accommodation option, to ensure all guests are very comfortable and enjoy their stay. Hence, we request that you report any breakages or maintenance issues immediately so as we can attend to it prior to the next guest's arriving. We are unlikely to ask for reimbursement for small accidental breakages but we may ask for reimbursement for major breakages or damage to the property.
Also, when departing, we appreciate you leave the apartment neat and tidy.
Lost Keys & Fobs
For any lost or misplaced keys and/or fobs a replacement fee of $50 for fobs and $30 for keys will be charged upon check out.
Optional Extra Costs
Upon request, a wireless portable modem can be made available during your stay. The following charges for data will apply:
1GB = $20
2GB = $40
4GB = $60
10G = $120
Guest are to advise prior to their stay if they would like internet to be made available.
These are the rates in which Telstra charge for data.
If the wireless portable modem is lost or damaged a replacement cost of $170.00 will apply.
