Description

A serene and tranquil haven in the heart of all the excitement of the CBD awaits you in this meticulously renovated inner urban, self contained apartment.

Floor to ceiling double glazed windows open onto a broad balcony perfectly positioned to soak in the beautiful captivating views over the Yarra and Crown Casino. The generously proportioned living zone which incorporates a fully fitted study and leads off to a separate chefs kitchen and expansive dining area. Comprising queen sized bedroom with a view to inspire, two banks of mirrored robes and a fully tiled en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with a bunk single and double bed and mirrored robes adjoins the spacious second bathroom incorporating Euro laundry and ample storage.

This super convenient and prominent sought-after riverside location provides easy foot access to a selection of boutique shops, caf├ęs, Crown Casino, sporting grounds, parks and a range of transport options. With secured entrance, lift access and a car park and being only a short stroll to anything your heart desires you won't believe your luck.

Guest Access

Check in from 2.00pm and checkout by 10.00am. If you would like an earlier check in, please contact me the day prior to your stay. If we don't have guests the night before we will try our hardest to accommodate an earlier check in.

Upon check out, keys and fobs are to be left on the dining table, please ensure the door is locked when exiting the apartment.

Getting around

Best of public transport at the foot of your door step. Walking distance from Southern Cross and Flinders Street Station as well as Trams & Buses on Flinders Street.

Other Things to Note

The apartment is fully self service. All doona's, doona covers, bed linen & bathroom towels is included during your stay.

There is a full set of cutlery, plates, bowls and cookware. There is also a toaster, kettle, coffee machine with pods and other basic essentials - cleaning products, toilet paper, tea, sugar, instant coffee. We try to make your stay as enjoyable as possible

House Rules

Cleaning:

On departing the property, to avoid additional cleaning fees please ensure the property is left neat and tidy as per our terms and conditions below. Standard exit cleaning is included in your rates but if excessive cleaning is required, we will need to deduct cost from your bond. Again, we don't like to do this, so please ensure you leave the property in a reasonable state.

Rubbish:

During your stay please ensure all rubbish is placed in the rubbish chute around the corner from the main lifts.

Noise Policy:

Although we love celebrations, our apartment is NOT to be used for parties, gatherings and similar events. The apartment is in a residential complex and your neighbors have a right to quiet enjoyment of their property. We hope you will treat your neighbors with the same courtesy and respect you show your own neighbors.

Guest Responsibilities

While you are our guest, we appreciate you looking after the property as if it were your own, we have put a lot of time and thought and expense in preparing the property as a really lovely accommodation option, to ensure all guests are very comfortable and enjoy their stay. Hence, we request that you report any breakages or maintenance issues immediately so as we can attend to it prior to the next guest's arriving. We are unlikely to ask for reimbursement for small accidental breakages but we may ask for reimbursement for major breakages or damage to the property.

Also, when departing, we appreciate you leave the apartment neat and tidy.

Lost Keys & Fobs

For any lost or misplaced keys and/or fobs a replacement fee of $50 for fobs and $30 for keys will be charged upon check out.

Optional Extra Costs

Internet/Wifi

Upon request, a wireless portable modem can be made available during your stay. The following charges for data will apply:

1GB = $20

2GB = $40

4GB = $60

10G = $120

Guest are to advise prior to their stay if they would like internet to be made available.

Note:

These are the rates in which Telstra charge for data.

If the wireless portable modem is lost or damaged a replacement cost of $170.00 will apply.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome location, trams pretty much at your door The apartment is in the perfect position for shopping, sight seeing. Trams at your door, DFO,aquarium and Crown complex a short walk away. The view from the apartment was awesome at night.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Truly Unbeatable Views Perfect view of the Yarra river with a fire show at the Crown casino every night. Location was ideal with the first stop of the free tram line just downstairs, DFO and casino across the river, and many fast-food outlets just below us. Amenities and utilities were complete and useful. More than enough space for five people. Apartment security is good and the apartment level in general is very quiet. Great in home entertainment options with DVDs and family games to play. Nicely decorated. It is quite noisy with a train line being just next door but this is easily overlooked when you're dead tired from exploring during the day. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fantastic location and superb views, but noisy. Fantastic location and superb views. The owners was very easy to communicate with and allowed us to check out late without a drama. However, it was very noisy from the bedroom closest to the hallway... You can hear people walking up the hallway and going to the waste shoot throughout the night. You can also hear the trains throughout the day and night, so glad it was on the 12th floor. And the air conditioner sounds like a jet plane taking off at intervals throughout the day and night. It was so loud particularly during the night that on the second night we made sure the apartment was warm during the day so we didn't have to turn it on all night at all - a much better sleep on night 2.
