Located on 280 Spencer Street, this popularly known simply as ' 280S' has plenty to offer with a central location for both Holiday Travellers and Business Executives.

This simply amazing, as new, two storey large and spacious 3-bedroom sub-penthouse apartment, situated on Levels 20 and 21 in the chic Mondriane residential complex. Be spoilt by the sensational views, from the city skyline across to the deep blue of the Bay.

With a quick stroll to Southern Cross Station, DFO shopping, Flagstaff Gardens, Melbourne CBD, Queen Victoria Market and the Docklands Precinct this location is second to none.

On entry into level 20, this apartment boast a large open plan dinning, comfortable lounge and a gourmet kitchen. Kitchen includes an micro and traditional oven, gas stove, dish washer, large fridge, kettle, taster, rice cooker and enough pans, pots and cutleries to meet the needs of holiday maker. This level also includes a very large balcony, wall to wall double glazed window, a very large full bathroom and the third bedroom.

Upper floor has two large bedrooms, There is also a large full bathroom, laundry and ironing facilities and another balcony.

The view from both these balconies are simply amazing overlooking the city towers, Yarra river and the bay.


The two bedrooms upstairs each has king sized bed, that can be split into two single beds on request, thus providing beds for four people, either as two couples or 4 singles. The third bedroom downstairs has a single bed. Additionally we also have one double and one single pull out sofa beds in the lounge rooms. This apartment can comfortably accommodate 7 guests.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Apartment This apartment was so nice and clean, just as the pictures. This apartment is so comfortable, fully equipped. The location was perfect.. We all enjoyed our stay there. I definitely recommend this place!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great place to stay in the center of the city I am sure you would not find a better place to stay in the heart of Melbourne. The apartment was lovely and clean, well equipped with every you would ever need, & of course the best location you could ask for. We could walk everywhere - shops, markets loads of great cafes and bars very close by. The host was great extremely helpful and kind, she gave us all the info we needed .
