Description

Brand new apartment located on the 42nd floor of one of Melbourne's newest skyscraper building on Collins St. Floor to ceiling windows with sensational view. Access to 2 spacious gyms, a pool, sauna, spa all with the same beautiful view of the CBD located on the 3rd floor.

Apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds that can easily be merged together for couples. Living area has 1 sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking.

Apartment has no balcony access.

This apartment comes with your own parking space.

Pool and Gym is on level 33.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great location The property had everything we needed for our stay. All the essentials including a washer and dryer. It was however quite dirty with dust, grime and rubbish left beside the fridge and the washing machine. The key collection was at another location which would be difficult for some people, especially foreigners, to move their way around the city. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at a great price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice property After the problem we had getting the keys & car parking remote control, the stay was pleasant. The view of the city was awesome. Not sure if we would go back though as the apartment was a little small, but we were only there at night after exploring Melbourne & surrounding areas during the day. So I guess it wasn't too bad.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Stay - Location excellent The location is outstanding and the views quite spectacular. The rooms itself is well set out and even though limited in cleaning agents etc., the overall expectation for cleaning is that its inclusive in your price. The pillows were very soft, so I purchased an extra one from Target and left it there. There were plentiful amounts of linen and towels etc. as well as a washer and dryer which was handy for our 12 day stay. The views from the room are excellent and in fact we had a view of the MCG, Rialto Tower, the Yarra, Flinders St station and Crown complex (just). The fact a tram is outside the door and there are multiple services nearby - Southern Cross Station, Woolworths, Perk-up (best coffee and burgers), Convenience stores, Gloria jeans etc., made for a pleasant stay. The room was clean and serviceable. TV was basic, but we had access to WIFI which enabled access to other entertainment. The only issues were with key collection with the option to collect from a local hotel which is maybe not really workable and we had issues as the service desk were reluctant to pass onto us. It created undue stress at 6am, however, once we had the key, it was all good. Another system other than this needs to be looked at as the only option. The carpet has stains, the dining chairs are a little broken, the window in the main lounger area would not shut so the noise did carry up and an occasional wind noise, but did not disturb or make things uncomfortable. The air conditioner would not turn off. Maybe there needs to be more instructions in the room for first time users to give them an overview of how to use facilities. The toilet seats are loose and made for an awkward toilet experience at times. The actual beds were fine although the master bedroom is made tight with the current location of the chest of drawers, which need to be moved. There is plenty of wardrobe space. The lifts can take a while, especially if one or two are out of service, which happened most days. It is a 65 story building so expect some delays on days. The gym and pool area as are as good as any hotel/apartment in Melbourne. It is located on 33rd floor and also provides great views to the west. The equipment was excellent. A spa and sauna are also available. We did stay post Christmas and over new year and were advised maintenance staff were unable to attend to our small issues. That is acceptable to me however, I do hope they do look at fixing some of these issues. Overall cant complain - was pleasant and very good for a family of 4. I will be back to stay here again in the future.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great location, great apartment I really enjoyed the stay here. Originally booked the whole apartment to take the family, but ended up going to Melbourne alone. Great location, close to everything (and a really nice Thai restaurant in the building, too). Apt. has everything you might need, is comfortable and spacious. Good beds, too - really good place. That said, even though it was generally clean, a bit more attention around the corners wouldn't hurt (e.g., under the sofa). However, would definitely stay there again.
