The recently renovated air-conditioned apartment is light filled with 9 windows displaying city and park views. The internet is an integral part of our way of life today so we provide free NBN internet with speeds up to 25 Mbps. Both bedrooms have built in robes, there are 2 bathrooms, a full sized kitchen and a dining and lounge area.
Main bedroom can be either 2 King single beds or we can place together to make a mega king bed. The second bedroom has 1 double bed. The fully functional kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave.
The living areas feature modern furnishings with TV, DVD, music player and a 6 seat dining area
Linen and towels are provided and the apartment includes an internal laundry with new washer/dryer. A welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk is provided on arrival as well as shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, laundry and washing up needs. Check in and out times are normally 2pm, 10 am but depending on bookings are flexible upon request and at no extra charge.
We provide up to 4 Myki cards free for use on Melbourne's public transport system. topping up the Myki cards is easy and can be done at the 7-Eleven store a few doors down from the apartment. Please note we charge a $12.00 fee if they are not left on departure.
A residential building many of the occupants are permanent residents and allows you to live like the locals in one of Melbourne's best positions.
We expect that at all times you be respectful and mindful of neighbouring residents. This is especially true when in outside areas such as courtyards and common property areas. We particularly ask that noise generated from the apartment is at a level that does not interfere with neighbouring residents especially between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.
