Perfect for seven, your stylishly refurbished corporate apartment accommodation is on levels 1 and 2, tucked into a private section of the 'Lakeside' security apartment complex at 27 Queens Road. It has a great privacy aspect, with trees surrounding the two balconies. Entry by car is from Queens Lane.

Located only 200m from Hanna Street and the Australian Tennis Open practice courts at Tennis World in Albert Park Reserve, and the Commercial Road shops, you will find an interesting selection of colourful shops, cafes, restaurants, ATMS etc; all your everyday needs are catered for. There are two Subways, a McDonalds, and a Nando's within a few minutes walk.

For more great restaurants and cafes and the best shopping in Australia, jump on a tram in St Kilda Road 100m away, (next to the massive Fawkner Park), and take a short trip into the CBD. Trams run frequently into the city or the other way to nearby St Kilda or Chapel St and the famous South Yarra shopping strip. You will also find there, Woolworths, Aldi, Coles, Big W etc. The Alfred Hospital is just a few minutes walk away around the corner on Commercial road. You can walk to any of these locations if you like a stroll. Also close by is the actual Albert Park itself with its own lake and Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, and directly across Queens Road is Albert Park golf course.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Clean and good location Apartment was clean and tidy. However did get a clogged sink in the kitchen 2 days into our stay (obviously with old food from previous stayers), tried everything to unclog and called the next day to be told won't be done till we leave so the kitchen stunk the rest of the stay. There was also no wine glasses. We also had only 2 sets of keys for 4 people who were coming and going separately which was quite in convienient. Central location though, and reasonably priced.
