Smoking is permitted in the outside area but is strictly not allowed inside the apartment.

Please provide your arrival time as one of our staff will meet you at the apartment and welcome you. There is a $45 meet and greet fee applied to your total booking cost however if you are arriving after 6pm, an additional fee will apply.

After hours Concierge fees are as follows:

6pm – 9pm $60

9pm – 12am $90

After midnight $100-$150

Any delays not notified in advance at least 1 hour before scheduled arrival will incur an additional $70 call out fee.

The mandatory $45 will be used as credit towards to any of the above after hours Concierge fees incurred.


We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all further necessities for the continuation of your stay.

Security Deposit and Guest Information

Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure.

If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses, Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted at any stage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from City with a Twist of Lemon I stay in Melb at least 3 times a year so have stayed at various properties over the years. This property was in a fabulous position close to everything in the CBD. Thefts thing was having two bedrooms two bathrooms. They were both fabulous and the apartment had everything you could possibly need. We loved our stay and will be back again. For sure. The roof top bar has an amazing view of the city and the Restaurant downstairs was fabulous. Even the staff at the building were friendly and courteous.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Stay Check in was great-- Michael kept in constant contact and guided us effortlessly to the apartment. He showed us around and informed us of all the workings and in's and out's. The apartment itself was something out of a House & Garden Magazine-- absolutely beautiful--- with all mod cons that you would need for an extended stay. Location is ideal and very handy to trams and restaurants. Check out was a breeze--- would highly recommend this stay to all. If I had a negative... and there is only one, there was not a coffee machine-- an apartment of this calibre and price I thought would have some type of coffee making machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing apartment! Did not know apartments like this even existed in the CBD! Great facilities, quirky little apartment in the best location. Could not believe the view. So much more affordable than a hotel yet so much better! So close to shopping and Flinders Lane where I believe the best restaurants are. Would love to stay here again! Ash.
