Step through the front door into the airy open-plan living area and adjoining dining, kitchen and study and gape at the awe inspiring view of Port Philip Bay.

Unlike many open plan spaces, which can feel crowded, this one has ample space to make each area feel like its own room. You can literally spend hours sitting on the huge comfortable couch and watch Melbourne's ever changing weather roll in and don't forget those amazing sunsets. The dining setting sits apart from the lounge, yet close enough to the kitchen to make entertaining easy. A large study adjoins the lounge with the option of closing the area off with sliding doors. All areas open onto the enormous terrace with its water and city views and its own private lap pool.

Three generous bedrooms can be found at the rear of the apartment, the master and second bedroom enjoying their own balconies with views back to the city.
