APARTMENT FEATURES:

This is one of the largest 3 bedroom apartments in the whole of Melbourne City With over 165 square meters in size, this fabulous apartment comes with a humongous lounge room with space for separate dining area, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms & a powder room, a separate laundry room and multiple storage spaces. Everything is ‘extra-large’ in this apartment - be it the size of the bedrooms, the lounge/dining area, bathrooms and the kitchen.

The apartment is furnished tastefully for executive living. The gourmet kitchen complete with microwave, fridge, gas stove, electric oven and much more, adjacent to the kitchen is an open plan living/dining area, adjoining the balcony. Features reverse cycle air conditioning, marble bench tops, security entrance, 55 inch TV.

The large master bedroom, with an ensuite and walk-in robe, offers stunning views from the floor to ceiling windows, whilst the large second bedroom, with another walk-in robe, has its own private balcony also capturing amazing city views. These two bedrooms have king-sized beds. The normal sized third bedroom has its own windows and a queen sized bed.

This apartment comes with two full sized bathrooms, three toilets including a powder room a separate laundry room with an extra washbasin and two balconies. Laundry is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, and ironing board.

BED ARRANGEMENT:

The two large bedrooms each has king sized beds each can be split into two king-single beds on request. Additionally, each of these king beds also has a trundle component underneath, which can be pulled out, legs opened to provide up to two additional single beds, in each of these rooms. Thus these two rooms have potential to sleep comfortably up to 3 or 4 people in each. The smaller 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed which can also be split into two single beds. The lounge room has two double sized pull-out sofa-beds.

The apartment is listed for 6 people stay, but it can easily accommodate up to 10 people. Extra cost applies for additional guests over 6.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointing I have stayed in many Stayz apartment over the last 7 years, and found this apartment disappointing - mainly from lack of attention to maintenance details. a number of light fittings gone; no toilet paper holder in the bathroom; kitchen floor not properly cleaned; a strong cigarette smoke smell in the main bedroom. Location was great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wonderful property! A group of us stayed in this apartment and were very comfortable. It was very spacious and clean and accommodated us well. The only issues were it was non-smoking balconies, some of the portable beds were broken and there was a lack of toilet paper supplies. However I would definitely return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent property!!! The location for us was superb, near Bourke Street & trams, and an easy walk to Federation Square. It was spotlessly clean. The furniture & white ware/brown ware & all the things, were in excellent condition. The lounge, dining & kitchen were VERY large; the 3 bedrooms were very generous in size. It was superb.

Our group of 8 people had uncomfortable hot summer nights in the unairconditioned apartment with poor window ventilation. We were given mulitple stories about the problem that was not fixed. This was a known issue as there were brand new fans in the rooms. The apartment was not availble until 6.30pm, check in was advertised as from 2pm. Wardrobe in end bedroom was not able to be used as it was filled with bags of dirty linen from previous guests. Bag of rubbish left behind. Light not working in main bathroom, blind broken in end bedroom, trundle bed in end bedroom broken. Owner has not replied to our emails.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible experience The apartment we stayed in over the Christmas and Boxing day period did not have a functional air conditioner . Our family group comprising of young kids and elderly people found it very hard to stay in the room on those very hot days . We asked the liaison person several times to do something about it , but nothing was done . In desperation we had to stay elsewhere at extra cost to us . We have written to the management for a refund but no response from them yet . This was a disappointing experience for us and we will never go back or recommend that apartment to anyone .
