The house has four bedrooms and two living areas with one capable of being converted to an additional bedroom. It is well set up to cater for large groups or multiple families with 7 beds available. The master bedroom is complete with ensuite and a large flat screen TV. The entertainers kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a double freestanding oven set in a charming heritage chimney, a microwave, dishwasher and other kitchen appliances.
Magnolia house boasts a large open plan living with al fresco dining and BBQ facilities. The bifold doors can be completely opened creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor areas. There is a well established vegetable garden from which guests may harvest seasonal produce. The rooftop is also home to resident bees as part of the global effort to help save the honey bees with a vision of bringing bees back to the city and suburbs of Melbourne. The bees keep to their colonies and their flight path is away from the house.
Laundry facilities are available including a front loading washing machine and outdoor clothesline.
The house can cater for young families with a portable cot and high chair available on request.
