As Melbournians, we walk. Although the free tram service is all around my place, I can walk in any direction and find everything I need. I have lived here my whole life, so please do ask me for any tips on the best eating places. There are new things springing up every year and certain activities are seasonal so I would be more than happy to help you plan your stay. I have eaten almost everywhere, however, even I find some new secret places every now and then.
You have access to a fully-serviced Elegant 2 bedroom apartment. Everything you need is supplied from Lush linen, Luxurious amenities, an Extravagant master Ensuite with Queen bed and a private bathroom and a private bedroom with a Double bed, full-kitchen with gas stove cooktops, to traveller-essential appliances such as a toaster, rice-cooker, washing machine, dryer, hairdryers, and air-conditioners throughout. Gym, pool, spa, sauna and even a steam room is fully accessible to you
Interaction with Guests
Once your booking has been confirmed, our housing manual will be sent to your email address, containing all information related to your booking. Please refer to that for check-in and check-out instructions.
Ongoing communication is best via the platform or through the phone number provided. Please provide us with your name and reservation address if you do call us, and we'll be at your assistance.
STRICT HOUSE RULES
-No smoking -No parties -No pets -Maximum number of guests is shown on the listing, please do not have more guests without notifying us. Please keep the apartment in a similar condition as it was during check-in. Breakages, damages, theft and losses will be the guests responsibility. Rules broken will result in a loss of your security deposit and/or additional charges.
WE WILL CHARGE A $500 FINE FOR SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT.
Lost items will be kept in our office for 1 week. $50 will be charged for postage.
-No eating in the bedrooms
-Correct number of guests staying must be reflected in the booking
-Check-out by 10 am
-LATE CHECK-OUT WILL INCUR A FEE OF $100
-Noise levels to be kept at an appropriate level at all times
-Please dispose of excess rubbish at the rubbish disposal located near the lift
-PLEASE USE RANGE HOOD WHEN COOKING so as to not set off the fire alarm. If fire alarm goes off, DO NOT OPEN THE FRONT DOOR. Doing so will cause the fire truck to come to the apartment in which you will be fined heavily
The location is ideal for all travellers with Russell Street downstairs, 2-min walk to Melbourne Central Station hotspot and Chinatown hotspot, a 5-min walk to Queen Victoria Market, access to Elizabeth Street's Asian eateries, Melbourne's GPO and Hardware Lane are down the road, Emporium and Flinders Street are a free tram-ride away. We highly recommend walking next-door to K-Box for an affordable Karaoke session with some drinks any night of the week
