This quality, self contained apartment is located in a quiet pocket of the St Kilda Road business district, on the corner of Louise St and Queens Lane, yet is only minutes from St Kilda Road, the Alfred Hospital or Albert Park Formula One Grand Prix Race Track. Comfortably furnished with a mix of modern and art deco furniture, it provides you with everything you need to help you feel relaxed and right at home...

The warm, sunlit open-plan living area is comfortably furnished with leather sofas and equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD and CD players. A selection of DVDs, CDs and books are also provided for your enjoyment. The kitchen features a stainless steel oven, ceramic hotplates, dishwasher and microwave and is fitted with a combination washing machine/dryer for your convenience.

The main bedroom also has a flat screen TV with a luxurious queen size bed and built in robes. The second bedroom is furnished with a king size bed that can be converted to two singles if preferred and also has built in robes.

When staying at Stanhill you will also enjoy the addition benefits of complimentary high speed ADSL internet, secure parking, free local phone calls and weekly cleaning at no additional cost.

This delightful, self contained apartment is ideal holiday accommodation in Melbourne for up to 2 couples or a family. It is excellent for corporate short stay or business travel accommodation as it is close to the Melbourne CBD and conveniently located in the heart of the St Kilda Road business district.

Located in a quiet side street off Queens Road, whether your stay is for business or pleasure, you will enjoy easy access to everything you need with the tram just minutes from the front door. Shopping in Chapel Street is just a short tram ride away, as are a multitude of fabulous cafes and restaurants in Port Melbourne and South Melbourne, Southbank, Toorak Road and Acland Street,St Kilda. There are also plenty of other attractions to explore close by such as Luna Park, the St Kilda Promenade, the National Gallery, the Melbourne city centre and more.

Pet Stays are welcome by arrangement. We have a minimum 3 night stay

Check in 2:00 pm; check out 11:00am. We are more than happy to be flexible on these times depending on other bookings at the time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Art Deco feel is also fab! The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had all the features the made our stay fantastic. The Art Deco feel is also fab. Above all it is in the perfect location for the Melbourne GP. Only a 5 min walk to the track entrance. Go and check out the village hotel nearby for great atmosphere, food and craft beers. Two thumbs way up.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pleasant Accommodation We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was comfortable and in a convenient location. We were concerned when we arrived to find that what I'd booked as Pet Friendly (and specifically specified in my booking that I'd be bringing two small dogs with me) turned out to be on the 3rd floor, with no elevator and no on site grassed area for the dogs to toilet. I was then unable to get them into kennels at such short notice. Thankfully they adapted to it very well and it turned out okay although the 12 y.o. struggled climbing up and down the stairs all the time. (As did we with all of our luggage I might add). Okay but for the price we expected a bit more.
