The open plan living area is beautifully set up and free flowing, with wooden floorboards, and a comfortable couch. Have cosy nights at home with a movie on the TV Apple TV and Chromecast are included - that’s if you’re not too busy making the most out of the fabulous nearby restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs
The kitchen is modern and functional and perfect for preparing meals at home. All mods cons are available for your convenience including gas top cookers, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a large fridge
The 3 bedrooms are quiet and have an extremely comfy beds 2 x Queen; 1 x King, ensuring you of a really restful night sleep. There is plenty of cupboard space, so that you can unpack all your belongings and really feel right at home.
The bathrooms are well appointed and come with your basic ssentials, while the second bathroom includes the luxury of a bath tub.
Guests staying longer than a couple of days will be pleased to know that there is a washing machine/dryer combo provided, so that you can take care of your laundry from the comfort of home.
Guests are welcome to use the amenities located in the complex itself, such as a swimming pool, a gym, a spa and a sauna. Guests can also have access to a movie room.
Off street secure parking is available, with a car parking space provided for our guests.

Once your booking has been confirmed, our housing manual will be sent to your email address, containing all information related to your booking. Please refer to that for check-in and check-out instructions.
Ongoing communication is best via the platform or through the phone number provided. Please provide us with your name and reservation address if you do call us, and we'll be at your assistance.
Other things to note
STRICT HOUSE RULES -No smoking -No parties -No pets -No more than the maximum number of guests. Please keep the apartment in a similar condition as it was during check-in. Breakages, damages, theft and losses will be the tenants responsibility. Rules broken will result in a loss of your security deposit and/or additional charges.
WE WILL CHARGE A $500 FINE FOR SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT
We will charge $50 to post any item back to you
-No eating in the bedrooms
-Correct number of guests staying must be reflected in the booking
-Check-out by 10 am.
-LATE CHECKOUT WILL INCUR A LATE CHECKOUT FEE OF $100.
-Noise levels to be kept at an appropriate level at all times
-Please dispose of excess rubbish at the rubbish disposal located near the lift
-PLEASE USE RANGE HOOD WHEN COOKING so as to not set off the fire alarm. If fire alarm goes off, DO NOT OPEN THE FRONT DOOR. Doing so will cause the fire truck to come to the apartment in which you will be fined heavily.
