Each apartment features individual interiors with its own distinct style, aesthetic and colour palette. Guests are able to select the apartment that best suits their needs. Apartments range from from self-contained 1Br / 2Br Deluxe-style Apartments to 1Br Penthouse-style Apartments.

L i v e r p o o l 1 6 is a Daryl Jackson Architects residential development located in Liverpool Street, a lane way in the heart of the historic Bourke Hill precinct and Melbourne dining and theater precinct in the highly sought after Paris End of the Melbourne CBD.

This residential property features 86 apartments over 11 floors, with limited underground basement level car parking accessible from the rear of the building from Harwood Place. It is literally only meters from some of Melbourne's most iconic and renowned restaurants, cocktail & wine bars, theatres, and cafes,

It also features a full size fridge and microwave, and ample cupboard/pantry space and all glassware, flatware, cutlery, and utensils right down to the Blanco SS double-sink, for those guests wishing to cook during their stay or for those staying with us longer-term. The ample living area also features a dining area - including a dining table with seating for up to 4.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fabulous location for the fireworks Definitely a luxury accommodation. Cool Melbourne apartment with view of Parliament - wonderful particularly at night. Very NY-style decorating with black/white/bright colors, jazzy fabrics. Large enough to comfortably have 6 for dinner - Amelia was very helpful in arranging for extra chairs and plates. (She also provided an extra air conditioner for the 1 hot day.) All the kitchen appliances and gadgets we wanted. Bed was very comfortable, and shades made it quite dark for sleeping. Large TV, and videos were handy. Plenty of closet space, and washer & dryer were much appreciated. Lots of CBD Melbourne in walking distance as well as parks on both sides of the river. Odd entrance on Liverpool, but we got used to it; it's on a laneway that has both restaurants and trash cans - not your usual combination. Once inside the apartment, nothing about the lane mattered. When we visit Melbourne again, #904 will definitely be our request. If we move to Melbourne, we'll see about a long-term lease! (We stayed in January 2016.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely comfortable. This was an ideal location to experience inner city life. Choices for food and wine were readily on hand and travel was made easy through the use of the free tram service. Access instructions were delivered with care and in a friendly manner.
